Just a short distance away are the bluff-side trails of Garrapata State Park, and a bit farther are numerous hiking options in Andrew Molera and Pfeiffer Big Sur State Parks, Point Lobos State Reserve and more. Day trips into downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea and the Monterey Peninsula are easy so bring the golf clubs and pack your favorite walking shoes.

The elevated 530 sf studio guest house is all one level once inside and is equipped with a kitchenette with under-counter side-by-side fridge/freezer and a stove/oven unit (no dishwasher).

Note: The separate entrance to the main house (Red Tail Hawk) is located steps away from the Guest House and the two units are attached. Both the main house and the guest house may be rented together (see our listing #3920) or separately. It is rare, but possible, that the main house may be occupied by another guest or the Homeowner during your stay. If you want to book Eyas, please confirm with us if the Guest House Unit is available on its own.

Sorry, Eyas is not a pet friendly property.

Parking is not available in the garage, but guests may use the Tesla EV (electric vehicle) charger and there is plenty of parking in the driveway. Guests should bring their power cord and adaptor.

Be aware that this remote location is up a steep, narrow, one-lane road that is paved, has hairpin turns and is unlit at night. Even confident drivers must exercise a great deal of caution, especially in inclement weather or at night. The driveway itself is unpaved. Detailed driving instructions are provided and must be followed by guests staying at this home.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
