Ebb & Flow resides on a quiet, residential street with easy access to the beach. Indeed, the apartment house has Southern charm with its two-story design and exposed rafters. First, the ground floor is home to units #1 and #2. Unit #1 offers an open-concept living room and a fully equipped kitchen. With a casual dining area seating up to four people, this space is perfect for sharing a cup of Joe or a relaxing meal. Also, enjoy the king-size bed in the single bedroom along with a full bathroom, including a shower-tub combination. Additionally, the sofa bed completes the sleeping arrangement of up to four people.

Next, unit #2 also houses up to four people with a similar layout. Both units include washer-dryer combinations for your convenience. However, unit #2 has an additional half bath for those larger groups. At Tybee Island vacation homes, our properties always include the comforts of home, such as extra linens, towels and even shampoo essentials.

On the second floor, unit #3 has four bedrooms and additional sleeping space on the sleeper sofa. For groups of up to 10 people, unit #3 offers the most space at Tybee vacation rentals. Certainly, there are enough bathrooms for everyone, such as two full-size baths with walk-in showers and a single bathroom fit with a shower-tub combination.

Throughout the three units, enjoy flat-screen TVs in every bedroom and common space. All three kitchens include those basic utensils so that you can focus on your vacation instead of those small details.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island. The Pool is open during the below dates and times.
March 1- Oct 31, Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm
November 1 - February 28, Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm
Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.
