Enjoy the best Cape Cod has to offer while you relax at this beautiful centrally located, spacious 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home, sitting peacefully on a quiet street abutting conservation land. With room to sleep 11 guests, your family can enjoy space and privacy both inside and out!

If beaching is your thing, you’re only minutes to stunning Mayflower Beach. If you love biking, boating, or hiking , the scenic 26-mile long Cape Cod Rail Trail is only 1/2 mile from the house, and boat rentals on Bass River are right around the corner and so too are dozens of picturesque hiking trails within minutes of the home. In addition, there are plenty of shops, ice cream parlors, restaurants and theatres within minutes of your stay.

The house features comfortable gathering spots inside and out with special features such as a master bath, a jacuzzi, an outdoor shower, ping pong table and a large kitchen, equipped with two ovens and two refrigerators. The open floor plan living space, large deck, and grassy front lawn, provide ample room for relaxation, conversation, and the creation of your own fond vacation memories!

The bedrooms were good size and living room and kitchen area were always really great. The deck was an added bonus too. The library provided many books for anyone wanting to read. Would definitely stay here again. We only had one issue with the upstairs shower head not working correctly and it was fixed within a matter of hours.

Perfection

This house was exactly what we were looking for. It was big, it was clean, it’s a private lot, but still close to many amenities. I look forward to staying here again! The one thing that was probably the only con, was that there is no AC in the common areas. All the bedrooms have window units.

Relaxing Family Time in S. Dennis!

The property was exactly as presented in the listing. Very clean, well maintained. Easy access to shopping, dining and Dennis beaches. Its proximity to Rt 6 allowed for a day trip to P-Town and Wellfleet. The kids loved having the ping pong table as an activity on rainy days. Plenty of room for larger families!

Excellent location and comfortable house for families

If you’re looking for a centrally located house on quiet street in a charming, historical section of the Cape, you’ve found a good one. We had a great stay overall, enjoying the beaches on the north and south sides (short drives all around), the rail trail up the road, plus lots of minigolf, dining and ice cream on nearby Rt 28. The house itself was spacious with a great back deck, ping pong in the garage and open concept kitchen/living room. Plenty of space for all (our party included six adults and five children). The formal dining/library room is such a treat for any book lovers too! The extra fridge, washer/dryer and plenty of parking added to the convenience of the property. Each bedroom has an in-window A/C for cool sleeping; the main part of house was quite hot on the first day due to coming off a heatwave but it was very comfortable the rest of the week. Steve, the real estate agent managing the property, was a pleasure to communicate with via phone and text too.

Family vacation

The house is away from the main drag/traffic and very easy to get around on back roads. Drive to beach 5 minutes. We had a 2 month old a 2 year old and 4 adult males and 2 adult females. The house was spacious and comfortable. Great book collection! Comfortable large deck and many nights playing ping pong!! Great bonding time making memories!

Great Value, easy access

We enjoyed our stay here! Very easy access to both the bay beaches as well outer beaches. Location was quick to local shopping center which was helpful with young family. The house was clean and each room had a TV and AC, so this house works well for family and groups of friends/couples.

Beautiful house in quiet historic neighborhood

You won't be disappointed in this spacious home. While in a historic district, it's minutes from major shopping center with easy access to beaches, restaurants, and ice cream. Bedrooms are huge. Great deck with comfortable seating. Be sure to take advantage of the outdoor shower. Property manager was very responsive.
