Confortable brand-new 1-bedroom close to downtown

Centrally located, at walking distance from downtown Saskatoon. Very new and clean. Fully furnished. 300Mbps WiFi speed. Perfect for remote work with dedicated space.

TV is fully loaded with local channels and Netflix, YouTube and more.

There is a family living upstairs with two little kids. They're usually at school but you might expect some activity from 8-9am and 6-8pm weekdays and weekends.

The space
This is a brand new basement located very close to downtown. Very comfortable one bedroom suite with all the basic amenities that you might need for your stay in Saskatoon. The air conditioning of the main house keeps the place fresh when it's hot outside and the radiant heating system is the best you could ask for cold weather. This place will keep you warm, comfortable and cozy.

Great spot, high ceilings makes for a comfortable stay

It is a basement suite, so as long as your ok with a family going through the motions in the morning, its a wonderful stay!

Very Nice Basement Suite

Easy to access. Comfortable bed. Quiet neighborhood. Everything you would need in the kitchen. Lovely big bedroom with a walk in closet. Would stay again.

The property was immaculate, tastefully decorated and uncluttered. The kitchen was clean and bright with new appliances and stocked with every utensil that one might need. The bed was comfortable with nice bedding, the host was very polite and responsive, the family lived upstairs so the overall feeling was of being in a nice, safe and clean place. The neighbourhood was quiet, lots of big trees and friendly neighbours. Street parking was plentiful and easy to get a spot right outside the house.

Perfect little spot :)

Clean, comfortable and had everything you would need for a short stay. Carlos was very friendly and responded to any questions almost immediately. Highly recommended staying here if in Saskatoon.

Comfortable basement stay

We enjoyed our week! We were out all day on a course but the bed was super comfortable, with surprisingly high ceilings, lots of pot lights, and a great closet. We had everything we needed. The suite is not completely soundproof but it was perfectly quiet after 8. Great find!

Wonderful, clean and well provisioned

When my kids and I walked in, everyone was ummediately thrilled. What a lovely apartment for our 1 week stay. Exceptionally clean, everything we needed in the kitchen, everything in owrfect wirking order. Lovely reno, very nice. Also, unusually high ceilings which made it feel more spacious unlike most basement apartments. Highly recommend.

The stay exceeded my expectations. Crisp linens, immaculate cleanliness, new Reno and modern materials. Nice details in light switch dimmers, 9ft ceilings in a basement, high pressure water and a shower head that can accommodate someone 6ft 6inch with room to spare! Instructions to obtain entry was easy. The only contact with owner was when he/she Messaged me asking if I required the second double bed (I did not). Everything went perfect for my 5 day stay. I’ll stay again and highly recommend to anyone coming to Saskatoon. I did not take public transport but getting downtown was a 7min drive. And 9min to Shaw center on the outskirts of town. Good location. Lots of places to park on street in front of property.
