Nestled in the serene beauty of Warrington, our modern beach house offers a haven of comfort and convenience. Inside you will discover two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious lounge providing ample space to unwind after a day of seaside adventures amidst a rich collection of boardgames and books.

The master bedroom boasts a luxurious super king size bed, ensuite bathroom, and walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom offers a king size bed, complete with its own standing TV, wardrobe, and bedside drawers. For entertainment, indulge in TV, piano, video games, or board games in the home office/entertainment room equipped with a PS5, ergonomic work space, and super-fast WiFi (100mbps).

The fully equipped kitchen awaits your culinary creations: it boasts modern appliances such as an oven, dishwasher, blender, rice-cooker, toaster, and espresso machine, along with stylish crockery for elegant dining experiences. Outside, the serene garden offers a tranquil retreat for soaking up the sun, lounging in the hammock, and stars watching at night free from light polution.

Please note that though native plants are growing around the property's boundaries, the living room is looking out onto neighbours' garden.

Feel free to use the outdoors firepit, but please do not use the fireplace inside as it is currently out of order. The house is very well insulated but should you need extra warmth, the mighty heat-pump and additional radiators in each bedroom will keep you cosy.

There are bikes and a punching bag in the garage which you can use at your own risk - we cannot accept any responsibility for the malfunction of any sports equipment.

Note that part of the garage and one wardrobe is not for guests use as they contain our private belongings.
