Located in the sought after Acacia Bay this comfortable self-contained 2 bedroom 2-bathroom, downstairs studio, facing our beautiful lake. Great location & enjoy the views across the lake.
Just a 10-minute walk to the pristine waters of Lake Taupō and a couple minute drive to Acacia Bay boat ramp and shops.
Bring the boat or your lake toys and enjoy creating memories of a lifetime. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

The Space:
The studio is on the first floor of the 2-story house, It has a private entrance with locked door.
Consists of a queen bed and a single bunk set and a sofa bed upon request.
(NB The bunk room is a smaller size.) Bathroom 1 has a shower, vanity and toilet and the 2nd bathroom has a shower, handbasin and toilet.
The kitchenette with a microwave and freestanding cooktop for cooking .
There is ample off-road parking and plenty of space for the boat, bikes, jet ski or your lake toys of choice. There is space for secure storage of jetski or bikes in the garage.
PLEASE NOTE – This property is STRICTLY not suitable for parties, events, or loud groups.

Guest Access:
The whole studio is yours to access and enjoy.

The Neighborhood:
This is a safe and quiet family friendly neighborhood

Getting Around:
Plenty of parking on the driveway, There is space for secure storage of jetski or bikes in the garage.

Other Things to Note:
Rotorua is only one hours drive and Hawkes Bay within 1.5 hours drive for a day of sightseeing and for the active traveller the Ski field and Tongariro crossing is an 1.5 hours drive. The Glowworm Caves are also 2 hours drive and Hobbiton 1.5 hours making Taupo the heart of the North Island and the perfect place to stay and explore from.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests their privacy but Kerry is available by phone or text to answer any questions and we are only ever 10-15 minutes drive away if needed in an emergency.
