Welcome to Skyline — more than a stay, it’s an experience. This property was newly built in 2023 and perfectly borders the Highland, Downtown, and Jefferson Park neighborhoods. Endless amenities are under construction and will be flawless for you soon (coming late 2024). Each apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows, in-suite laundry, and a Roku TV for streaming. In Denver for a game? You’ll be a three-minute drive to Empower Field and Ball Arena. Or crack a cold craft beer at Zuni Street Brewing, just around the corner. Whatever brings you to the Mile High City, Skyline has you covered.
We have multiple spaces at this property, each designed to give you a beautiful place to stay — while our style is consistent, the view, layout, and design may vary.

Guests can book housekeeping services on-demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.
