The nature-inspired design here goes beyond decor. Plants, natural textures, earthy tones, and filtered water at the tap create an environment that feels restorative rather than just decorative. The quiet location in LoHi amplifies that sense of calm.

THE SPACE:
A practical loft that delivers exactly what the photos show. Well-stocked kitchen with a broad range of appliances, pots, and pans -- a genuine standout for anyone who cooks. Filtered water dispenser included. In-unit washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, floor-to-ceiling windows.

DOG-FRIENDLY:
Up to 2 dogs welcome with $75 pet fee. Sloan's Lake is a 15-minute walk. No cats permitted.

PARKING:
Garage parking available ($25/night) or free street parking -- easy to find near the building.

This VRBO fit our needs perfectly. My son was down the street a couple of blocks for visiting. Best benefit across the street from the Zuni Brewing. Had a nice visit for a beer. Excellent location in Denver.

Great property in great location

The property was very nice, in a great location. It felt more like an apartment than a short term rental and was very comfortable.

Stay in LoHi

Great location to walk around. Lots of lively bars and good restaurants. Close to downtown as well.

A great Denver downtown stay. Very clean with a comfortable bed and two extra roll away beds. There is a parking garage underneath that you can pay to park in. They didn’t let us know about needing to pay for until a few hours before check in but we paid and it was worth it. There are some restaurants within walking distance. We would stay here again. The owner was extremely responsive to messages.
