This beautifully presented stylish apartment is located on the 3rd floor of Harbour Lights complex hotel-wing. Flat screen TV to lounge and bedroom as well, modern functional kitchen with all the appliances you might need, including dishwasher.
King-size bed in the bedroom plus comfortable sofa bed in lounge if needed/required. Stunning views, privacy, comfort and absolute blue-chip location with all the best restaurants, cafes, Reef Terminal, shops being within an arm's reach.
Fabulously positioned at direct waterfront, this fully air conditioned one bedroom apartment of 80m2 offers stunning ocean & Trinity Inlet views from its private balcony.
The 'Harbour Lights' building, an architectural icon in the CBD offers its occupants a wide range of amenities such as a gym, BBQ area, swimming pool & recreational area.
Generous bedroom featuring king-size bed and large robe,
stylish bathroom with shower. The sofa in the living room can be turned into a comfortable sofa-bed and we can also provide cot (portacot) and highchair for those arriving with infant. The kitchen is a functional balance of comfort and convenience.
We live in Cairns City and we'll be contactable on mobile and Airbnb as well throughout your stay. We will also meet you on your arrival to hand over the apartment card-key to you.
It's an elegant, quality and renown complex respect other residents rights to enjoy a safe, clean and quiet environment.
Marina dining precinct is at your doorstep just like the Reef Terminal, bus terminal, Cairns Casino, etc. Lots of little shops around, nearest Woolworth is on Abbott street (5mins walk).
As there's no allocated car space for this apartment, we'd recommend to take advantage of UBER or other ride-sharing companies available in Cairns.
Smoking only at designated smoking areas, or outside of the complex.
Strictly no parties or events.
No excessive noise after 9pm, it's a quiet and peaceful complex.
Early check in and/or late check out can be requested depending availability at a surcharge of 50% of the applicable daily price.
SMOKE ALARM INSTRUCTIONS: In case the smoke alarm/detector goes off, you will have 30 seconds to press the red button on the alarm. Then you will have 3 minutes to open all doors and windows to ventilate the room, before main fire panel will engage. If you fail to follow these instructions you will incur a $1000 call out charge!
If you lose the card-key, you will incur a $100 call out and replacement fee.

We decided to move to sunny Australia and live our lives next to the Coral Sea and the Great Barrier Reef in 2012 and been enjoying it since :)
