OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES From sunrise to incredible sunset, the private backyard is the epitome of Palm Springs living, perfectly planned for ultimate privacy with lots of lush landscaping and views of the majestic San Jacinto mountains on full display. The shimmering pool and spa are the centerpiece of the yard, surrounded by bright yellow umbrellas for shade. Multiple lounge areas, both covered and uncovered, are perfect for sipping drinks poolside, and a table for ten sits right at the pool's edge for luxe al fresco meals. Explore beautiful Palm Springs, then park your car at the EV charger and play a game of cornhole in your backyard paradise. ** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. With a free-flowing open floor plan that's incredibly spacious and high-end finishes throughout, it's easy to relax and unwind here. The fully equipped kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances and two enormous kitchen islands with beautiful marble waterfall countertops. Whether a quick drink at the island or a gourmet meal at the dining table, there's seating for twelve altogether. There's also ample seating on the extra comfy sectional, where a built-in electric fireplace creates the perfect ambiance. SLEEPING QUARTERS Designed with comfort and privacy in mind, this home features four spacious, well-appointed bedrooms. Three bedrooms host a King bed, while the fourth has two full beds. There is a bathroom for every bedroom, three of which are ensuite and one that is across the hall, giving everyone the privacy they crave. Within each space, you'll find extras like cozy reading chairs and perfectly arranged workspaces, plus each has a flatscreen TV. Two bedrooms, including the luxurious primary suite, take indoor/outdoor living to the next level with sliders to the pool deck. There is also a full laundry room with a sink, washer, and dryer to make your stay even easier. THE LOCATION While serene and private, this home is located in Vistas Las Palmas, with easy access to explore all of Palm Springs. You'll be a quick drive to endless arts, culture, shopping, dining, and entertainment options, including the famous Palm Canyon Drive, where many shops and restaurants await.
