Ideal for two families holidaying together, in 5 glorious acres of Italian countryside, with vineyard, orchard and olive trees. Total tranquility, no neighbours or road noise.
The space
The accommodation is fully serviced, with a beds prepared, and linen and towels provided. For guests staying more than one week, there will be a full cleaning and changeover on Saturdays.

Sitting at 600 metres above sea level, on the border of the Sibillini Mountain National Park in the heart of Le Marche in Central Italy, Casa Orchidea enjoys panoramic views of the Sibillini Mountains.

The large Pool is fenced and maintained on a weekly basis, and is serviced by a large paved area with sun loungers, hammock and umbrellas.

There is a landscaped terraced BBQ area for Al Fresco dining which looks over the Pool onto the Sibillini mountains in the distance.

The property enjoys landscaped and mature gardens with various private outdoor areas for guests to relax and unwind.

The house accommodates up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and a twin. Set in its own private area, The Cantina is an attractive seperate dwelling, accommodating up to 4 people with 2 further bedrooms, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

Both areas have generous and attractive paved portico and balcony areas with stunning views.

Casa Orchidea is easily accessible, being just over an hours drive from Ancona and Perugia airports, and 3 hours from Bologna and Rome airports.

Guests will have undisturbed access to the entire property.
Other things to note
The cantina is accessed via a gravel path that runs from the main house, approximately 100 metres in length.

The property is set in a quiet rural and private location, with no adjacent properties or neighbours, but is only 8 minutes drive from the lovely small medieval hilltop town of San Ginesio, which has plenty of shops, cafes and bars.

There is a superb restaurant, San Fabiano, only around 15 minutes walk from Casa Orchidea. The restaurant offers excellent quality local italian food and wine at very reasonable prices, more information can be found on trip advisor.

The property is not suitable for wheelchair access.
