A breathtaking view from a dream cottage.

Property is divided into two independent floors. The ground floor is intended for our guests and consists of 4 double rooms with private bathroom, a triple room, a service bathroom and a large and bright shared kitchen / TV room. The pool is for the exclusive use of our guests. The first floor is inhabited by the owners who however have separate entrances and rooms and above all will be able to respect the privacy of the guests.

Each room has its own entrance directly from the garden.
The pool is for the exclusive use of our guests. The first floor is inhabited by the owners who however have separate entrances and rooms and above all will be able to respect the privacy of the guests.
Ellie, their friendly border collie, will also be happy to host you.

Due to the high costs relating to electricity, for the 2024 season electricity consumption will be paid separately by calculating the difference in consumption at check in and check out.

Vacation in paradise!

The house, the huge property, the infinity pool, San Severino and the area and of course the hosts Oriella and Ferdiano from Movivillas and and and - everything perfect, warm and super organized. Fantastik house for varationsbredd with family and friends

Great house with both common and private space for a larger family/ friend group. Fantastic view and nice wind breeze in warm July as high up. Pool was very good size to fit several. We can absolutely recommend. Our contact with Fredinano was great and he has been super helpful.

Excellent Villa for a Family Holiday

Frediano from Movivillas was great at check in and check out. Lovely villa with perfect pool. Slightly odd layout where all but one of be the bedrooms were only accessed from outside only, but no problem in good summer weather. Kitchen could really have been better equipped, we did struggle without a big saucepan for example. But overall everyone loved staying at Dom Oriella

Der perfekte Ausblick von einem perfekten Pool

Gemeinsam mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern und deren Partner*innen haben wir zwei sehr erholsame Wochen in wundervoller Umgebung verbracht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der sehr lange und immer gut gepflegte Pool, von welchem wir einen ungehinderten Ausblick in die abwechslungsreiche Hügellandschaft der Marken genießen konnten. In dem Haus mit den dicken Steinmauern und den modernen Klimaanlagen ließ sich auch große Hitze gut ertragen. Im nahen Örtchen San Severina Marche wurden jeweils am Mittwochabend kostenlose Open-Air-Kinovorstellungen geboten. Die Agentur und die Gastgeberin haben sich stets aufmerksam und schnell mit unseren Wünschen befasst und alles zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit geregelt.

San Serverino

Super tolles Haus ,sehr sauber und geräumig. Besonders möchten wir Frediano( Hausverwalter vor Ort) erwähnen, der sich hervoragend um unsere Wünsche gekümmert hat. Eine kleine Anmerkung noch ..... der Kühlschrank ist etwas zu klein für 11 Personen.

Fantastisch huis met spectaculair uitzicht

Wij verbleven met ons gezin van 9 personen in dit geweldige huis. We waren de eerste huurders en op wat kleine aandachtspunten na was het een fantastisch verblijf. 360° view was spectaculair. Een heel fijn zwembad, goede slaapkamers en badkamers, en goede bereikbaarheid. Perfecte begeleiding van Frediano/MoviMondo! Voor herhaling vatbaar!
