Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole home. Garage is off limits. No spaces are shared.

Surrounded by scenic canals, tropical landscaping, and waterfront living, Las Olas offers the perfect blend of luxury and laid-back South Florida charm.
Getting Around:
Sightseeing in Fort Lauderdale is a feature one should never miss, therefore, we highly recommend having a vehicle while visiting Fort Lauderdale. Uber and taxis are readily available.
Other Things to Note:
Please be advised that there is ongoing construction across the channel, which may result in intermittent noise during your stay. While we strive to provide a peaceful and enjoyable experience, this work is beyond our control. Construction schedules can vary, and noise levels may fluctuate.
Please message our team before booking. Contact the Home Manager first. Mandatory additional terms may apply depending on your booking platform. Credit card processing fee may be required post-booking. In case of cancellation, the stated booking cancellation policy applies.
To maintain property and neighborhood harmony, we have important rules. Please read carefully:
1) No parties, visitors, or unapproved guests. Submit all guest names prior to booking. Guest list and Government ID may be requested from the person who booked. So, please let us know if you want to have guests and, if so, then how many. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. Our strict guest policy ensures neighborhood peace and legal compliance. Exceeding capacity risks our permit, we may ask you to leave.
2) No pets unless proof of service animal is provided, as required by law.
3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar (outside and indoors). Our state-of-the-art smoke/vapor/gas detectors notify the fire department - $500 fee for false alarms or rule violations (paid by guest). City Code Section 41.50 B 18 b | High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW.
4) Quiet hours: 9pm to 9am to ensure peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors.
5) Please do not send mail to the property before or after your reservation dates. If needed, packages may be sent to our office and delivered to the property on your arrival day. Please note we are not responsible for lost or unclaimed mail or packages.
6) Pre-Stocking: Choose from our available pre-stocking options with at least one week's notice. A $95 service fee applies to all requests.
7) Day of Arrival:
Please let us know if you prefer self-check-in or a personal tour. Only the guest who booked can check in and must show their ID for security. This is to verify that the person who has arrived is, in fact, the person on the booking. So, please work with us to maintain a secure environment.
8) Check-In: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval.
Check Out: 10:00am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches.
9) When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee.
10) Pool/hot tub: Never leave children unsupervised; no lifeguard on duty. No glassware; $1000 fee if glass is found. Use provided plasticware for safety. If kitchen lacks plasticware, please inform us. Please don't dispose of plasticware; wash and store them.
Pool heating: $100 per day of your reservation; hot tub is free.
11) Guests must disclose before booking if they will be docking a boat at the property.
12) Trash collection in the City of Fort Lauderdale follows a strict schedule and compliance is essential to avoid citations and maintain neighborhood cleanliness.
13) All credit card payments are subject to a 3.55% processing fee shown at checkout, including additional services such as pre-stocking, mid-stay cleaning, and pool heating. The guest name must match the credit card used. International credit cards may incur an additional 1.5% fee after booking due to exchange rate differences, bringing the total to approximately 4.7%. Bank wire payments are available and must be arranged prior to booking.
14) To maintain the quality and condition of the home, guests are not permitted to move or rearrange any furniture without prior written approval. Moving furniture can cause damage to floors, walls, and the furnishings themselves.
Any unauthorized movement of furniture will result in an additional fee to cover inspection, repositioning, and any damages incurred.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep the space in excellent condition for all guests.
Trash Days:
Tuesday: Regular Trash (Black Can)
Friday: Recycling (Blue Can)
We partner with CanMonkey, a professional trash can service, to handle the placement and retrieval of bins. Please do not place cans at the curb or leave loose trash or bags on the curb. Instead, place your trash neatly on the side of the house next to the cans. Our service provider will manage the rest. Failure to comply may result in fines or additional cleaning fees. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping the property and community clean!
Cleanliness:
We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. All of our homes have white hotel-style linens, white towels, toiletries for our guests, and well stocked kitchens with high-end appliances.
This property contains an exterior camera at the front door which is motion sensored and is active during guests stay.
