Cosy 3 bedroom cottage in the centre of Kingscote
This family friendly cottage is ideally located just a moments walk from the centre of Kingscote. Originally built in the 1930's, this sweet cottage was recently refurbished & decorated in a modern style. It sleeps up to six, has one bathroom, and features a fully equipped kitchen.
Nan's place will make the ideal base for you to explore the natural beauty of Kangaroo Island.
The lounge features a wood burning stove, and large colour SMART TV so you can access your own streaming services. We've also provided plenty of board games to keep the family entertained after a day of exploring!
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, 2 built in wardrobes. Bedroom 2 comprises of both a double and single bed, with wardrobe. Bedroom 3 has a single bed. All bedrooms have plenty of drawer space.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances plus plenty of crockery, cutlery, and cook ware. Basic supplies like oil, salt, pepper, and a selection of herbs can be found in the pantry.
A dedicated dining room opens onto a back patio and gives plenty of space for the family to enjoy dinner. A gas BBQ and outdoor dining area are perfect for those warm summer evenings.
We've also provided a dedicated office space just in case you need to catch up on work while you're here!
The bathroom offers a shower & plenty of towels as well as shampoo and conditioner are provided.
Outside we have a dedicated Laundry space with washing machine, airer, and cleaning supplies. We've also got beach towels for you, so you can save some space in your luggage!
The property also features a large grassed back garden giving plenty of space to relax and play.
Off street parking is available for several cars on the long driveway.
The house is located just across the road from the local supermarket making it easy to stock up on arrival. Take away and various eateries are within 3 minutes walk. Kingscote's iconic tidal pool is just 5 minutes walk.
All major tour operators pick up & drop off points are around 3 minutes walk from the property.
