& modern coastal decor in this inviting 3 bedroom home with full main bathroom and second separate toilet.

Start your stay with a welcome bottle of local wine & unwind on the rear deck which provides an outdoor setting & BBQ. The kids will love the large playground in the rear yard which is fully fenced for peace of mind.

🌳Immerse yourself in nature - Guests are welcome to pick seasonal fruit straight from the trees. Lemons are available to pick most of the year around.

About the space - Spacious, open plan living area with smart TV, DVD player, reverse cycle air conditioner and ceiling fan.

Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove & cooktop, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster & Nespresso coffee machine with pods as well as all the usual essential items.

Bedrooms are light and airy, main has large built in robe and ceiling fan.

Laundry provides washing machine, clothes airer, ironing board and iron.

Large front and rear deck with outdoor setting and BBQ. Large fully secured yard with clothesline.

Located in a quiet street with ample on site parking including secure undercover space for car or boat.

A short stroll to the beach, rock pool, or main street which offers plenty of pubs and cafes to choose from. Drakes is also located conveniently close by for all your grocery needs.

☕️ Starter provisions of a variety of tea/coffee/ hot chocolate/ sugar, milk and jams are provided.

Cleaner was still there at check in time. The house was very nice and clean and everything well thought out for our stay. Not eating, drinking on the couch is annoying. We were there to relax.

Nice coastal style accomodation. Very family friendly place with lots of outdoor space for kids. BBQ area on the back yard. Lovely front porch for cup of tea or coffee. We liked our stay at this house!

Close to lots with great local facilities.

Travelling with partner & friend to explore KI. This accommodation was great as it provided a locale with eating shopping in easy distance. A car is a requirement if u want to explore the many island delights.

Amazing property for family

Great property, super clean with everything you need for your stay. Very convenient for families with children. Good location, walking distance into Kingscote centre including the tidal pool. Will definitely be back

KI Cup Stay

House was comfortable but could do with some additional fans in the bedrooms, apart from that we were happy with everything else we had, very nice fruit in the garden also, 10 minute walk to the pub & bus pick up to the races no complaints.

Whilst not at all like we had expected from the advert showing a sunset over water, the house was was comfortable and clean, and suited us just fine. The check in procedure however was horrendous. After 15 unsuccessful attempts using the app in over an hour, we eventually phoned the owner who was extremely helpful. Thank you PETA! Would not use Stayz again.

Excellent accommodation. Will be back again.

The property ended up being a very nice stay. We found the accommodation very relaxing and it was easy to cook dinner in the kitchen. We especially loved the gas oven. It has inspired us to look into changing our own oven to gas due to the ease of how it cooked food. The back veranda was a great addition as on rare occasions i smoke a cigar. The kids enjoyed their rooms and internet was working very well. The property overall was exceptionally clean. Very well organised. We would certainly consider staying again. If I have to point anything out it would be the overall size of the property inside. I thought it was larger but this did not bother us at all. It was very comfy. In finishing i like to thank the property manager for accommodating to our special needs, this made a huge difference to the experience.
