This little slice of Yellow Point paradise offers spectacular ocean views and the sound of the waves, a place to relax and leave feeling refreshed.

Our "Beach Bliss" studio is located within beautiful Inn of the Sea, a 38 unit condo complex set on 3.5 acres of stunning waterfront.

A shared love of listening to the waves, lounging pool-side and spending quality time with friends and family against the backdrop of spectacular Pacific ocean vistas is what our studio is all about.

We invite you to immerse yourself in the splendor of Vancouver Island! Every detail has been thoughtfully chosen to create a truly memorable stay.

We welcome you to our beach escape where we wish you joy, laughter and beach bliss!

Whether you've come for a short stay or long escape to explore our beautiful island, connect with family and friends, or just relax and enjoy a good book and the majesty of the ocean, we are so happy you are here!

Spectacular unobstructed ocean views from your private east facing balcony await. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sun rise over the ocean as you listen to the waves! Watch the seals and whales play! Welcome!

Feel free to lounge indoors or on your balcony reading a book or watching the ocean, stay connected to loved ones with complimentary WiFi, soak in the hot tub, swim in the outdoor, oceanside pool or enjoy many of the other amenities here to help make you feel right at home!

The studio is cozy at just 300 square feet - perfect for a single guest or a couple. It offers a recently added king bed, a small kitchenette area (mini fridge, microwave, kettle, French press and Keurig) private bathroom with a tub and shower, and private entrance and 2 balconies - one at the entrance on the west side of the building (shared with the neighboring unit) and a small private balcony oceanside with unobstructed ocean views. Please note there is NO kitchen in this studio, and it has one flight of stairs to the entrance as it located on the second floor. There are laundry facilities available on the property (not in the studio, coin operated).

The studio comes with access to the tennis and pickleball court, BBQ areas (grills and propane provided), children's play area, outdoor pool (heated May-October and available for cold plunging in the winter) and a year round hot tub both located on a oceanfront deck overlooking the shoreline.

Boat moorage may be available for an additional fee from May to September, please inquire for availability and rates.

This studio can be booked together with our adjoining Beach Bliss king suite (listing #9949368) to accommodate a total of up to 6 guests. **** Please inquire about excellent monthly rates for October, November, January, February & March.****

We are located approximately 70 minutes north of Victoria, 15 minutes from Ladysmith and 15 minutes south of Nanaimo. BC Ferries Departure Bay terminal is 30 minutes away and the Duke Point terminal and Nanaimo Regional Airport are each about a 15 minute drive. A car is highly recommended to stay at beautiful Inn of the Sea.

It was a lovely studio with bar fridge microwave coffee press and kettle and a comfortable bed. We brought a hot plate to cook breakfast and then out for lunch and dinner it was lovely on the ocean

Cozy and impeccable place right on the water. Comfy bed, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully and artistically decorated. Love the balcony seating, plates/coffee/tableware…even a french press. Excellent Stay!

We had an amazing time on our vacation here! The property was in a great location, with amazing views and great amenities. It was super nice to have access to the pool/hot tub and we enjoyed having a front and back sitting area. Excellent communication with the host and super easy check in and check out. Loved it here and would highly recommend! :)

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location on the island was absolutely perfect for us. It is incredibly quiet, and the water was amazingly calm... most days it looked almost like glass. The host was also fantastic and very responsive whenever we reached out.A few helpful notes for future travellers to consider:1) The Bed: It is very basic and quite hard. However, it was fine for us since we were exhausted from hiking every day and had no issues falling asleep.2) Airflow: There is no good way for air to flow through the unit, so it could potentially get quite warm at times.3) Kitchen Setup: The unit is exactly as shown in the pictures and described. My wife and I simply failed to notice ahead of time that there is no true kitchenette. This made making meals and cleaning dishes a bit tricky. Many of the other units nearby seem to have more functional setups for this, but to be fair, this listing was exactly as advertised.Overall, we would highly recommend this location and this listing, provided you keep those minor notes in mind!

Thank you for taking the time to write a wonderful review of your stay at our "Beach Bliss studio".   We are delighted that you enjoyed the serenity of the grounds and the majesty of the ocean view from your king bed and your private balcony and were treated to a few days of absolute stillness on the water.  That ocean view on a beautiful day is breathtaking! There is typically an ocean breeze that cools the studio on warm, sunny days, and a pedestal fan to ensure a comfortable temperature. We are sorry to hear that the mattress firmness was not to your personal preference, as comfort can be so subjective. Your sleep is incredibly important to us and we appreciate your feedback; we always want our guests to feel as cozy and relaxed as possible. Thank you for being such incredibly tidy guests and leaving the studio in excellent condition; it was a pleasure to host you and we would be pleased to have you as guests again any time your travels bring you back to Vancouver Island.  There is so much more to be explored!   "Beach Bliss suite" located directly below this unit offers a larger space with a king bedroom, full kitchen, dining room, living room and large, ground level, oceanfront terrace.   Wishing you a wonderful summer!

Really good vibes at this resort on the sea. Balcony faces gorgeous sunrises, comfortable bed, and good quality linens. Would go back. Highly Recommend the nearby Crow and Gate pub for lunch or dinner. We enjoyed e-biking the Cowichan Trail from Ladysmith to Chemanous.

Blissful, as advertised. What was understated, was the view!! Beautiful, truly words can't do it justice. Perfect place for a quiet getaway week - sat on the balcony spellbound for hours, and recharged. Suite is efficient, roomy enough and has a certain retro charm. Owner, Cam, is attentive and available. The grounds are kept immaculate, and barbecues cleaned daily,vfor family steak & fish nights. We're planning on returning next year with friends and availing ourselves of the 1 bedroom suite directly, below 203, owned by same host. 10 outta 10. Top drawer!
