A Touch of Country Guest Suite - 2 Bedroom - Close to the airport!

Enjoy a memorable visit at our newly renovated guest suite decorated in authentic Western Canadian style!

Simply walk across the road to a beautiful park with walking paths and a pond. Our suite is close to golf courses, shopping, restaurants and the Edmonton airport!

Your host has 2 large, friendly dogs (Mozart - Standard Poodle, Reba - Golden Retriever). They are quiet dogs but may bark on occasion, especially if there's a local bunny around or a UPS delivery truck :)

A Touch of Country Guest Suite has 2 bedrooms and one day (sleigh) bed. One room has a queen size bed and the second a double size bed. There is a washroom with a shower, a washer/dryer, full kitchen with most kitchen essentials including a Nutribullet blender, a varieties of teas and a French Press and a "pour over" coffee pot for fair trade coffee. Our suite is decorated in authentic western style furniture and wall art!

This suite is for "non smokers" (not only no smoking)

This was our 2nd stay at this property and we will be back next time we have a tournament in Leduc. Communication with host is fast and easy. Suite is very clean. Only 6 minutes drive to the Rec Centre.

The house is on a quiet culdesac. A beautiful park is avfew hundred metres away. Annette was warm and friendly.

Cute and quiet

Check in and out was easy and property was nice and clean. Had everything we needed. Water, fruit, coffee/tea was provided for our stay as well as all basic amenities. We met Annette the owner and she was very pleasant and friendly.

Annette was very helpful and quick to answer questions. The suite was very clean, the full kitchen nicely stocked with the basics, there were flowers and fresh fruit, and a beautiful park with a children's playground less than a block away. We felt very welcome.

Beautiful Spacious Suite

Host communication is excellent and property was as described. Very clean. Living area is quite spacious. Location was excellent - only 7 minutes from the Rec Center. Parks, pathway & shopping all very close by. Would stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

A nice quiet basement suite in a nice quiet part of town

It's a shame I spent less than 40 hours here over the course of the entire week... when I slept, it was very restful and comfortable. I'm glad that my partner had a nice, quiet place to come back to in order to relax and get away from the busy event we were attending. We'll be back again next year, and hopefully I'll get some friends to stay in the second bedroom so they too can enjoy the quiet away from the event.

I stayed at this property with 3 high school besties during Aug 12-14, 2024. Originally, we picked this place merely because it is very close to the airport (and it is!). Upon arrival, we found it nestled in a very nice neighbourhood. We strolled down the street to the park and enjoyed the outdoor until it got dark. The property has two bedrooms and a single bed in the living area, more than enough for the 4 of us. We found lots of games and really had a difficult time to choose which one to play within our limited time. The kitchen has everything we needed to make dinner and breakfast. There is also a washing machine, dryer and hair dryer which are rare finds in most rental properties. We highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in the vicinity!!
