I chose this neighborhood because it is quiet, convenient, and close to everything guests may need during their stay. All major amenities, including grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and other services, are within approximately 300 meters.

The location is also very convenient for travelers, with the airport and outlet shopping mall only about an 8-minute drive away. For family fun and sightseeing, Telford Lake and downtown Leduc are just a 4-minute drive from the property.

It’s a great area for both short visits and longer stays because guests can enjoy a peaceful neighborhood while still being close to shopping, entertainment, and local attractions.
