New apartment, luxurious and comfortable, perfectly located in the heart of Wellington City.

Featuring 2 bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, open plan lounge, dining area, balcony, and a shared laundry.

This apartment is perfect for families, holiday makers, business travelers and everyone in between.

Unlimited fast fibre wifi included (up to 300 Mbps down/100 Mbps up).

65-inch smart TV with standard NZ channels.

This apartment shares an entrance way and laundry with a separate Airbnb Studio.

One main bathroom, that can be accessed from either one of the bedrooms and from main open plan area. Decorated to the highest standard.

Electric blinds, smart bidet toilet.

Additional single trundler bed available on request.

Strict no party policy and no excessive noise. No noise on the balcony after 10pm. Other apartments are within close proximity and noise does travel.

There is a possibility to rent a secure carpark on the ground floor within the building for $20 per night.

Work desk and chair available on request.

Lovely apartment, close to Cuba Street, the waterfront, and the fabulous museum.

We really enjoyed the apartment. The check in was a bit difficult, as we had been traveling a month already, and my phone speed had been cut down so I couldn’t pull up the pictures we were sent….the lockbox is in a weird place so, maybe copy the pics to your photos.

We had a fantastic stay here! The apartment is modern, spacious and tidy. The location is fantastic. The check in process was slightly complicated but we figured it out.
