Cozy Home in Niagara Falls Canada! 10 Minutes Walk to the Falls

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this newly renovated house is situated close to the Niagara River. Our property is a 10-minute walk to the Niagara Falls. It is an ideal retreat for those seeking a scenic view while enjoying being close proximity to all of Niagara Falls' main activities.

Our home includes a homely living room with a TV, great for a relaxing with friends and company. A dining room with refurbished furniture and a warm fireplace. The kitchen is provided with appliances, a dishwasher and refrigerator.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom, professional hotel level of cleaning. There is a large interlocking patio with BBQ. Please note that the backyard is not maintained during the winter months, and access may be difficult or unsafe due to snow and ice; for your safety, the area is considered closed for the seasons and guests should stay on cleared paths only. Quiet hours begin at 7:00 PM. No gatherings, parties, music, or loud sounds are permitted at any time. Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property; no additional visitors or extra guests are permitted. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

Clean & very spacious place in an excellent location! Highly recommended for larger families & groups as it has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and plenty of parking included with your stay.

This home was PERFECT! Just close enough to walk to everything but just out of reach from the busy attractions. I highly recommend based on the cleanliness, location and communications with the host checking in along the way! Very worth the price!

Our stay was wonderful! The six of us had a great time, lots of open space with a huge kitchen. The big plus for us is that my husband and I along with the two other couples each had our own bathrooms plus an additional power room on the main floor. The other big plus is that it is so close to all activities/restaurants and you can leave your car parked in the driveway. Would stay there again!! Great communication with the owner as well.

Beautiful house for our visit to Niagara Falls. Very easy to check in. Instructions from the host were easy to follow. Everything in the house was in good working order and very clean. Easy walk down to the Canadian side of the Falls but far enough away that it was quiet at night.
