Moyie Lakefront Getaway
Family owned since 1963 this cozy escape sleeps 6 in the main cabin. If your party exceeds 6 guests, the neighboring cottage (built in 1946 and beautifully kept) for 2 more is now available as an additional bedroom for $125/night. It has a double bed, bathroom/shower/sink and a mini-fridge.
The main cabin is a large, open concept house has a massive deck overlooking the lake and a mid-deck on the way down for early morning coffee or to watch the kids swim from. A ramp connects the mid-deck to the dock for your swimming, and boating pleasure.
The house has a master bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and a second bedroom which is the original property's cabin retro-fitted to be a cozy and rustic bedroom - identical in layout to the neighboring cottage. It has a queen sized bed and it's own bathroom/shower. The main large room has a wood stove for those chilly spring/fall nights and a beautiful acoustic piano for music nights. Also in the large room is a Lazyboy sofa that makes into an extremely comfortable Queen sized air bed - inflatable in 45 sec! Put a log in the fire, make up the bed and watch a movie on the big screen TV - a generous offering of DVD's is there for your use. There is a barbeque and patio set on the deck and a utility room which has a washer and dryer. The water is from a private well and is delicious!
Kitchen is fully equipped and all towels, linens toiletries are included.
There are also 2 single kayaks for those folks wishing to explore the lake. There multiple life jackets of varying sizes.

Fantastic stay with great location and access to the boat launch. Well equipped for our 10 day stay. The dock is a fantastic place to enjoy your morning coffee. Communication was great all the way through our stay. Would recommend a trip to 2 scoop Paul’s.

One of the best vacations yet!!! Such a quiet, peaceful time was had by all!! The cabin is beautiful and with it's large deck and dock gave us everything you could want for water activities during the day and family movie time at night. The kayaks were an added bonus and everyone learned to use them while we were there.

Perfect cabin getaway
This cabin has everything you need! It’s a perfect size and gets lots of sun each day. The cabin has been well maintained and is very cozy and tidy! Highly recommend!

LOVE being right on the Lake
Great family vacation spot, love being on the lake, has everything you need with loads of cabin charm. Highly recommend. Rick is lovely to deal with, you won't be disappointed.

Wonderful Lakeside Getaway
Cozy cabin right on the lake. Deep water off the dock, no problem mooring our 20’ boat. Awesome lake for water sports. Cabin is cozy with all the amenities provided for an easy stay. A bit of noise from the highway and railroad if you leave windows open at night. Responsive host. Would highly recommend.

Needs some maintenance inside and out but still quite livable.A good cleaning would go a long way.

I take great pride in making sure it's extremely clean and am constantly maintaining the property. It is a very old space so maybe that threw you. In any case, it was a pleasure to host you and I am always interested to see where I can improve. I have had really positive reviews to this point so I am quite concerned where I fell short for you and would love to learn how I can improve it for a future visit. Thanks in advance!

It is quite a large and open concept with a large deck at cabin level, a small deck on the way to the lake and a dock for swimming or boating. The water is clean and warm in the summer and the drinking water is from a well.
