Villa Le Blanc, a masterpiece by renowned Italian architect Gianfranco Fini, combines modern minimalist design with luxurious comfort. Ideally located within walking distance of Casa de Campo Marina and situated on the Dye Fore Golf Course, this villa is a striking example of architectural beauty.



Featuring six spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, Villa Le Blanc offers privacy and comfort for every guest. The open layout provides ample space for relaxation and retreat, while the villa’s thoughtful design ensures an inviting and serene atmosphere.



Outdoor living is a highlight at Villa Le Blanc. The expansive infinity pool offers a refreshing escape with breathtaking views, while the outdoor bar and BBQ area set the stage for al fresco dining and entertaining. The outdoor dining space accommodates 14 guests, providing a picturesque setting for memorable meals under the Caribbean sky. For indoor dining, the air-conditioned interior dining area also seats 14, combining elegance and comfort.



For entertainment, the villa boasts a theater room with a wide-screen projector, offering a cinematic experience perfect for movie nights or watching sports.

RESORT FEE

All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo must register in order to be granted access to the resort and its amenities. The cost of the registration is US$ 25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 years of age are granted free access.

Effective February 1, 2026, the fees are as follows: US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older); US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12); Complimentary for children under 4 years old.



RESORT FEE/ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE

Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:

> Access to golf courses including advance reservations at special rates

> Use of the Fitness Center at a special rate exclusively for villa owners

> Use of the towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach

> Discounts, special offers, and promotions at the resort’s restaurants, sports facilities, and other activities

> Access to health care services at the Central Romana Medical Center



* FOOD BUDGET: If your villa comes staffed, we suggest as a rough guideline to budget $50-$60 per adult per day for grocery costs if eating three meals at the villa (not including alcohol). This, of course, can vary due to your dietary requests. The Marina has a well-stocked supermarket with groceries, alcohol, and a wide selection of other products (sunscreen, hygiene products etc)
