The Big Chill was a bonus with its location and ammentities. Wish it had bikes for the four of us but me and my youngest rode the fire out of the two that was available. We absolutely loved this place ! The decor, the beds were so comfortable, everything you could need to cook etc. The golf cart and bikes were the BEST! We hope to make this a family tradition.

We always stay in this community and absolutely love it. The condo was really clean and super cute. I was a little disappointed that it was pretty basic as far as having anything extra. There were no baggies, scissors, throw blankets, anything like that. The kitchen was fully stocked as far as tools you would need or pots/pans. The other ones we have stayed in had a few coffee pods to get you started before going to the store, some beach towels, a junk drawer with basic necessities, baggies etc. There was plenty of beach items in the garage which was nice. We loved the addition of the golf cart and 2 bikes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay for our family. The location was great and having the golf cart made it easy to get around. Only “complaint” would be that I’ve never stayed at a property where there were zero pantry items upon arrival. Think aluminum foil, salt/pepper, etc. Definitely wasn’t ideal since we had to purchase it for a weeks use, but not the end of the world!

Perfect location

Perfect location on 30A. Rode bikes in both directions & had a great time on the golf cart! Look forward to going back next year.

Wonderful stay

The rental is very nice and was clean and we felt right at home. The community is so great for families with the option to walk across to the HUB and the bikes at the property are such a nice touch! The pool was crowded but great for kids. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful 30A Vacation

Great property along 30A with short drives to Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Conveniently located across the street to the Hub. Close beach access and golf cart was a must! Fantastic place for our family of 5 to celebrate the 4th of July!

Great home!

We had a great time in your home! The location of the home to the pool was amazing and The Hub was a lot of fun to visit during our stay! The appliances are so nice and the bathrooms are spacious. We loved this home and created wonderful memories!

Great place to stay!!

We had a great time during our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone! The convenience of the Big Chill shops and restaurants right across the street was awesome! The neighborhood pool was big and a lot of fun. The beach access was half a mile or so away, but just a quick scoot down and you're there. We had a great experience here and look forward to coming back!
