Welcome to Tropical Modern, a stunning villa that perfectly blends tropical elegance with modern design, located just steps from the exclusive Minitas Beach. From the moment you arrive, a serene water feature sets the tone for relaxation and sophistication.

Tropical Modern boasts two expansive master suites, each featuring open-plan bathrooms and private studios for a luxurious, intimate experience. The suites are thoughtfully connected for families seeking both privacy and togetherness. A fifth bedroom with a private bathroom offers direct access to the pool and lush garden, ensuring convenience and comfort for all guests.



The villa’s expansive backyard merges beautifully with the surrounding golf course, creating a tranquil outdoor oasis. Lounge by the pool, soak in the heated jacuzzi, and enjoy expertly crafted cocktails by Hipolito or delicious meals prepared by Alfredo, your dedicated chef.

RESORT FEE

All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo must register in order to be granted access to the resort and its amenities. The cost of the registration is US$ 25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 years of age are granted free access.

Effective February 1, 2026, the fees are as follows: US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older); US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12); Complimentary for children under 4 years old.



RESORT FEE/ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE

Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:

> Access to golf courses including advance reservations at special rates

> Use of the Fitness Center at a special rate exclusively for villa owners

> Use of the towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach

> Discounts, special offers, and promotions at the resort’s restaurants, sports facilities, and other activities

> Access to health care services at the Central Romana Medical Center



* FOOD BUDGET: If your villa comes staffed, we suggest as a rough guideline to budget $50-$60 per adult per day for grocery costs if eating three meals at the villa (not including alcohol). This, of course, can vary due to your dietary requests. The Marina has a well-stocked supermarket with groceries, alcohol, and a wide selection of other products (sunscreen, hygiene products, etc)
