It could do with a map to guide client to villa,They didnt mention what estate it was on.Also, i had to ask for directions and they were not very conclusive.

Overall, we had a good stay. The location was a major highlight, as it was conveniently close to the amusement parks, great restaurants, and other attractions. The pool was also very nice and was one of our favorite parts of the property.There were a few areas that could use improvement. The sinks in both the master bathroom and the other bathroom did not drain properly, and the flush button on the master bathroom toilet was broken. The house also wasn't as clean as I expected it to be upon arrival.The trash situation was also confusing. All of the trash bins, including the yard waste bin, were already full when we arrived. We were asked to take the bins out for trash pickup, but since they were already full before our stay, it was inconvenient and unclear why we were responsible for putting them out.The checkout instructions were also more extensive than what we've experienced at other vacation rentals. We were asked to remove the bed linens and start a load of dirty towels using detergent that was provided. In our previous stays at other properties, we've never been asked to do that, so it felt like we were taking on some of the housekeeping responsibilities.Overall, the excellent location and enjoyable pool made for a pleasant stay, but improvements to the cleanliness, maintenance, trash management, and checkout process would make the experience
