Went to Charlottetown to participate in a sporting event. The location of the accommodation was ideal. Very easy check-in and the apartment was exactly as described. Clean and very comfortable. Close to downtown and access to shops and restaurants. Sent the host a couple of messages prior and he was very quick in responding. I would welcome the opportunity to stay there again.

This Vrbo was comfortable and the space was as advertised. We enjoyed the large common area and the privacy afforded by the bedrooms. Proximity to downtown Charlottetown was also ideal. However, cleanliness was a major issue. There were fruit flies everywhere when we arrived, the floors were filthy and clearly hadn't been mopped - within an hour the soles of our feet were all black - and we found discarded items (ex. tissues) from previous guests under the bed and sofa. There was dish soap, but both hand soaps were empty. We also wished the kitchen were better appointed.Something to note if you have pets: there was ant poison and ant traps both inside and outside the property.In terms of location and the space itself, I would recommend this spot, but I do hope they will put more effort into cleaning in the future.

Clean and comfortable apartment in a good location. Good accommodations for the price and the host was very communicative. Noise from other units is audible, but the host was great about asking a neighbouring family to keep it down at night.

Amazing

Perfect condo! Very clean and shower is great! Walls are slightly thin so we could hear the apartment next to us and above a little bit but not a big deal. Would book again.

Lovely Stay

Very clean and comfy stay. Owner was very communicative as there are specific instructions to the right door. We almost wished we could stay longer, but we had a short stop over. There is an AC unit and full kitchen.

Met my needs

Every year I visit PEI with my adult children who arrive on different days. This was a good spot to reach out to various attractions around the Island. It was clean, the space was good, Mark and his mom were very friendly and helpful. This was my first VRBO experience and encourages me to use VRBO accommodations more in the future. The only downside was the noise from the Tuesday night upstairs guests, who arrived late at night, and took quite a while to settle in . But I know this is just holiday expectations sometimes and would not discourage me from booking again in the future. A big thanks to Mark and his mom!
