You’re within walking distance of the local cafes, the seafront and venture a little further along the flat bike path into the Victor Harbor township.

Enter through the hallway, past the casual lounge with large screen TV, and you're drawn to the light filled open-plan living space, casual meals and the kitchen. Cook up a storm in this pristine white kitchen featuring an island bench, Belling freestanding oven, soft closing drawers, Miele dishwasher and a huge walk-in pantry. And for the larger groups, there are more spaces to enjoy, a living room with full view of the lake and garden, a covered pergola perfect for taking in the outdoors, and another rumpus room. Wow, you can try a different room throughout the day and your stay!

Enjoy other features include big screen tvs, Wi-Fi internet, Netflix, timber floating floors in hallways and living area, and carpets in the bedroom.

For water activities, there’s 3 kayaks (1 child, 1 adult, 1 double) and 1 SUP (stand up paddleboard) available for guest use (with 2 large, 2 medium, 3 small life jackets).

There’s 4 good sized bedrooms serviced by 2 bathrooms, so everyone gets their privacy and space. The master bedroom is a retreat in itself, with lake views, walk-in robe and newly renovated ensuite bathroom. The 3 other bedrooms have built-in robes. All year round comfort is provided with ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning in all living and bedrooms.

The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases, and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels, and tea towels are all supplied.

This property is 100% pet-friendly, and your well-behaved pets are welcome indoors. There is a grassed area that is fully fenced. The property’s lowest point is 1200mm and a gap between fence uprights is 70mm.


Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.

You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.

Please take note that this does not include any amount to any damages that you may incur if you violate any of our house rules. We do not allow parties, events and smoking at the property.
