-This 2-story home has a complete private 1 bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and the living room with a queen pop- up sofa bed that we can leave fully made up depending on your needs for the 5th bedroom.
- The Principle bedroom has a queen bed and a queen size pop-up sofa bed plus a connecting bathroom and sitting room with lighted vanity

- 2nd Bedroom has a Queen size bed, streaming TV.
- 3rd Bedroom has 2 full size beds and a twin bed twin and a streaming TV, perfect for kids.
- 4th bedroom has a queen-size bed and a Streaming TV
- 5th bedroom or living room with a pop-up sofa bed that can be left made up as a queen bed,
- 6th Large game room with a pool table and a pop-up queen sofa bed.
- Multiple Ceiling Fans

- Pac and Play crib with a bassinet and high chair are provided.
- All towels and linens are provided.

CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before
each stay to ensure your safety.
- Starter dishwasher pods are provided
- Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TVs: All 4 of our TVs are Smart with access for you to log into your favorite streaming channels.

GARBAGE:
-Please place all used garbage bins at the front of the driveway on Sunday night for Monday morning trash collection.
-After collection, please return the bins to the side of the house.
-Trash that is not taken out will result in a $60 fine. Trash pick up is on Mondays only.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions, or events. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

ALL OUTDOOR NOISE must end by 10 PM- no Exceptions.

PARKING: The driveway accommodates 3-4 cars. Please refrain from parking on the street or the lawn
PETS: Pets are permitted

Government-issued photo identification is required before check-in.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after checkout.
