The apartment was modest but clean and well equipped. However the common areas in the building needed attention. The location was very good in that it was a brisk walk to the old town and was very close to groceries and shops. Unfortunately the area was gritty and it wasn't enjoyable to stroll around the neighborhood. We didn't use the rooftop deck or pool because of the weather but it looked very nice.

Great place for a short stay near the city

Clean cozy place, with a parking garage nearby. The kitchen and washroom are well equipped, the host also had a few guidebooks to introduce the area which was niceOnly complain is that the area is a bit sketchy, I would hear people shouting downstairs at night and it was hard to asleep

Great location and great hosts. Lots of communication from the owners including information on Québec City. Very walkable to Old Quebec. Grocery store was very close. Everything you need in the kitchen if you want to cook. The only unsettling thing was the number of homeless people in the immediate area including the walkway to the parking lot. That being said, there were absolutely no issues with them. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Quebec and wanting a little more space and great location to Old Quebec.

Located in the famous Saint-Roch neighborhood and just a quick 10 minutes walk from the Old Québec, you will be in the center of an animated neighborhood day and night. There's little local restaurant, well renowned adresses, brewries, specialized grocery, SAQ (liquor stores), all from a walking distance making Saint-Roch a place that foodies seekout.

The neighboor is alive and occupied by diversed poeple (offices, shops, resident, non-profit organization for margenalized population, tourists). It is that cohabitation and diversity that make Saint-Roch a central point of Quebec City.
**Even though there's a population of marganalized poeple in the neighboor, Saint-Roch is very safe (as is Quebec city in general) !
