We were on a week long motorcycle vacation and Nashville area was a 2 day stop. It was good for our purposes and communication with the owner was good. Easy UBER into Nashville. Franklin has a quaint downtown area. Beautiful countryside. A few points: Property is a little dated. Some railing on the back deck needed to be replaced. The yard needed to be mowed. The “hot tub” is basically a jetted tub in the bathroom. Not a true outdoor hot tub as we had hoped for. The driveway is located at the crest of a hill. Be cautious pulling in/out of this property.

This guest appears to have booked without reading the listing description or reviewing the photos beforehand. Our home is a classic country house, and our listing accurately reflects that style rather than portraying it as a newly renovated or modern property. We include detailed photos and a thorough description so guests know exactly what to expect before booking. The back porch stairs were fully repaired on July 15, 2026, and the lawn is professionally maintained on a scheduled 10-day mowing cycle to keep the property looking its best. Regarding the hot tub, our listing clearly states “Master Bath Hot Tub” and “Hot Tub with Jets in Master Bath,” and includes multiple photos showing that this amenity is an indoor jetted soaking tub, not an outdoor spa. We want future guests to have an accurate understanding of exactly what is included. The driveway is located at the crest of a hill, which is simply a characteristic of our countryside setting. Like many rural properties, it requires a little extra care when entering and exiting, but this is a normal feature of the location. We understand that every guest has different preferences, but we strive to present our home accurately so guests can determine whether it’s the right fit before booking.

We’re glad to see the spaciousness of our home was noted, as that’s something many of our guests really enjoy. For future guests, cleanliness is extremely important to us. We did not receive any message at check-in or during the stay about any cleaning concerns, so we weren’t given the opportunity to step in and address anything in real time. We have a responsive local team and always encourage guests to reach out right away so we can make things right on the spot. Regarding the comment that several places “looked mid-remodel,” our home is not under renovation and there was no active remodeling taking place during this stay. We care deeply about presenting our home in its best condition and making sure every guest walks into a space that feels clean, complete, and welcoming.

Great location, quite and relaxing after long days in the city. Close enough not to be a long commute, but far enough away from the fast paced movement in and around Nashville. The home is spacious and has all the amenities that was needed. The host provided great instructions, and recommendations on activities to do within the local area.

Spacious house close to Nashville

The hoose was very spacious with a large deck overlooking their beautiful property. Feels private but it’s also close to shops and restaurants and an easy drive into Nashville. The hosts were very communicative and professional and the house was clean and had every amenity you could need upon arrival. We would definitely recommend this property.
