Walk everywhere!!. Steps to Famous Atlantic Ave. Located in the historical Marina District, one block from the Intracoastal Waterway, and a 10 min walk to famous Delray Beach.
Walk to everything, literally. Ipic, trendy restaurants, coffee shops, yoga, nightlife, parks, tennis, pickleball. The list is endless.

Quiet, Quaint and nicely furnished with high end finishes. Hardwood throughout, central air, new appliances, granite counters, two flat screen tv's with Roku, unlimited internet, high end linens and towels. Fully contained unit with all the amenities of home. Main floor. No steps. Sleeper sofa recently added. Great Value for price

Excellent location downtown making all restaurants and shopping easily walkable. Property well cared for and nicely set up for a quiet getaway yet still in reach of great food and entertainment.Would recommend property for a long weekend or longer stay.Our host provided all necessary communication and easy check in and out.

Great spot off the avenue

Clean and spacious unit of apartment complex located just off Atlantic Ave. Walkable to restaurants, bars, and shops. Highly recommend.

Not good

Shoddy bed linens . Holes in sheets. Bathroom dirty and sink clogged doesn't drain. Walk in closet no light. Closet off kitchen filled with junk

Charles. I always ask my guests to reach out to me if anything isn't quite right so that I can resolve it for them. I would have been happy to replace or fix anything that needed attention vs not communicating and then leaving a low star review. This unit has more than 600 5 star reviews on airbnb since 2019 and has a 95% occupancy rate. The Guest who arrived on the day you checked out had nothing but positive comments. Im sorry you had the experience that you did. Next time pls reach out during your stay so I can compensate you for anything that isn't quite right.
