Thank you for your detailed feedback, we truly appreciate you taking the time to share both the positives and the areas that need attention. We’re glad you enjoyed the renovated interior and that the home had plenty of space for your family holiday gathering. That’s exactly the kind of experience we hope to provide. We’re very sorry to hear about the issues with the pool and garage. The pool is maintained but there can be leaf buildup with a tree right next to it. We understand how frustrating it may have been to pay for heating and not have it perform as expected, that’s not the experience we want for our guests, and we’ll be inspecting the heater system to ensure it’s working properly. Thank you as well for mentioning the garage odor. We’ll look into improving ventilation and addressing the smell. Your feedback helps us improve, and we genuinely appreciate it. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much smoother experience in the future.

We’ve already addressed these issues with our team to ensure they don’t occur again. Thank you for sharing your feedback and we're sorry that your stay did not meet expectations. Cleanliness is extremely important to us, and we regret that the home's condition fell short of standards upon arrival. We promptly offered to have cleaners return to the property to address the items mentioned, but you ultimately declined. Also, we were happy to arrange for pest treatment to come out and treat extra. We also dispatched maintenance to address the door pulled off its track, the garbage disposal (reported 4 days after check-in), and the issue with the toilet that was not used during your stay. Furthermore, we offered to send our maintenance tech to check the shower issue reported after the short electricity outage due to the storm in the area, which you also declined. We did have our tech out the day after check out and found no issues with the shower. We made every effort to respond quickly and provide assistance throughout your stay, even though you declined. We did provided a refund that included the cleaning fee, in addition to the discount given at booking. Although this amount differed from your request and was provided before your review, it was based on the information we could verify during and after your stay once our technician visited the property. We take feedback regarding the home's condition seriously. We shared all the information provided to us along with the technician's findings, with our team to ensure these meet future guest expectations.

Thank you for your review! We appreciate you staying with us and would love to welcome you back again!
