Guest Access:

You will have the entire house and property to yourself. Only registered guests are allowed, unless specifically agreed upon during the booking process.



While we encourage taking walks on the property and in the National Park, please do not wander into our neighbor's backyards in the surrounding area as you will be trespassing on private property.



Also note, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO USE OF OFF HIGHWAY VEHICLES (OHV) IN THIS AREA.

Getting Around:

This is a remote location down dirt roads, so please take it slow. While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive car is not, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain.

Pool & Spa Heating:

• Hot tub: Always complimentary

• Pool: Available for a fee with 48-hour notice

 – May / September: $150 per night

 – October / April: $200 per night

 – November / December / March: $350 per night

 – January / February: $350 per night



Safety:

No diving or glassware near the pool or hot tub (plastic cups provided). Quiet hours after 10 PM. Swim at your own risk—no lifeguard on duty.



Events & Photoshoots:

Not permitted without prior approval, permit, and additional fees.



Pets:

Up to 2 dogs allowed with $100 fee. No other animals permitted.



Cell Service:

Coverage varies by carrier—enable Wi-Fi calling or use a VOIP app for reliability.
