Lakeside Haven (Your Cottage Retreat)

Nestled in iconic slew of tree species, while still being conveniently close to downtown Bracebridge. It's a peaceful retreat, where you can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, yet easily access the excitement and amenities of urban life.

Cottage is a custom build in 2021, and fully furnished.
Includes:
- Three bedrooms. 1x King bed, 1x Queen Bed, 1x Twin Bunk Beds (load capacity: 350lbs per level).
- 1x sofa bed in living room (sleeps 2 adults).
- Two 3-piece bathrooms.
- Fully equipped kitchen features a comprehensive range of appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, air fryer, and electric kettle.
- Counter height dinning table.
- Living room with smart TV. High speed satellite internet for video streaming.
- Laundry washer & dryer.
- Large deck with outdoor patio table.
- BBQ grill with 4 burners.
- 5-person hot tub. 30 water jets with lighting package.
- Patio area with stone firepit, and Muskoka chairs. Firewood is available on-site.
- 1-person kayaks (QTY:2).
- 3-seater canoe (QTY:1).
- 5 life jackets (Sizes: S, M, 3x L/XL).
- Lakefront with beach sand.

We had a really great time at the cottage. The location is private, surrounded by nature and provides a sweeping view of the lake. The cottage is well kept and the host took great care to offer all amenities. We appreciated the little details such as robes for all guests, sandbox for my toddler, kitchen appliances beyond the basics, well-maintained boating equipment, etc. The cottage, while offering privacy, is conveniently located close to town. We thank the host for their hospitality and would love to visit again!

I can't say enough great things about this cottage! Baha is an exceptional host, and has gone above and beyond to make this cottage experience superb. The cottage itself is right on the water, with an outdoor firepit and muskoka chairs, we felt this place was so peaceful and relaxing. The bathrooms are very nice and well stocked, the beds and pillows are so comfy, the sheets are pristine clean, the hot tub was amazing. Baha was very fast at responding to any questions we had. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing, private and tranquil getaway, its truly one of a kind!

The cottage is wonderful, perfectly clean in order. The big open space of kitchen and living room makes it perfect also to stay inside if the weather turns cold. Outside the whirlpool it’s perfect to enjoy nature in a warm and cozy bath . The lake is beautiful and ready to explore with kayaks and canoe provided. 100% recommended

The cottage was an amazing and beautiful experience! We went in the winter and the cottage had someone plowing the drive way (which I was worried about) so no problems with tending to the weather! This was our first experience renting a cottage and it could not have been better. We travelled with our two adult children and two dogs and there was plenty of space for all of us. The property is beautiful and well maintained every detail was thought of from the fully equipped kitchen to the well stocked bathrooms. The host has bug spray and mosquito coils available for use as well. There is toys, games, books and a sandbox built if you have young children and there was also dog balls and a dog bed. This attention to detail is outstanding. The beds were comfortable and clean, there were extra blankets and pillows as well as cozy robes. The internet was very good and a nice TV with plenty of channels to watch. The property is quiet and private with lots of opportunity to soak up the sun lounge on the large deck or spend time in the hot tub. We had an amazing time and would definitely return again!

Beautiful cottage on the lake. Very clean and stocked with all the things you will need for cooking, cleaning, and entertaining. Host were great to communicate with and had everything we needed for our stay. Hot tub and grill were easy to use and great additions to the property. I really hope to come back here in the future. The only thing that would improve this place is some blinds or curtains as it was quite bright in the morning. That being said the view was amazing and made waking up a treat. 10/10, will be back.

What a wonderful stay with friends. Secluded little area with a beautiful Lake to kayak on. The property was clean, well maintained and peaceful. Would recommend

Very clean and tidy place. Very quiet. Description of rooms need to be clarified and sofa bed need an upgrade. Outdoors is very clean and has awesome view of the lake. Should be very comfortable for a family of 4

Great place to stay! The cottage was spotless when we checked in, and the little extras that were included really made the cottage feel like a home away from home. Communication with the host was great, the area had a quick power outage one afternoon and the host was on top of giving us updates as they were getting them; We just took this as an opportunity to go for a canoe trip around the lake so no issues there! The cottage is very modern and well taken care of. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would be happy to stay here again!

Beautiful lakeside retreat

Had a wonderful time at Lakeside Haven. Cottage was very clean and had lots of space for the whole family. Outdoor deck and fire pit was great and so nice to have all the water toys included (kayaks, canoes, life jackets, etc.). So close to downtown bracebridge and other local spots like Santa’s village for easy day trips.
