House was spacious and a great choice for a couple of families. Great location! We were a little disappointed upon checkin to find there were not quite enough towels for our party and The kitchen could be better stocked with mugs and cups. The house isn’t the most young-kid friendly, but overall worked well for our needs.

This property is not as depicted in the advertised photos. The furnishings are worn and need replacing. The carpets are old and worn out .The outdoor area was not habitable grill eaten through bottom rusted out , 2 family members fell on driveway because of sap when it rained making driveway slippery. Upon arrival trash cans were full.,had hair on furniture. I took photos this property should not be rented until it is upgraded.

Perfect location

We stayed here for the week of Thanksgiving. The house is the perfect size for a large family and located in the perfect location for visiting city sites and family outside the perimeter. The house itself is a little basic but it's comfortable. The property manager was approachable and easy to get in touch with.

The interior of this house is in bad shape. The furniture, especially in the living room is awful and needs to be thrown away. The couches are worn out with large areas of cracked and missing surface material. Most of the furniture throughout the house is old, worn and needs replacing. The master bathroom on the end of the house near the driveway has a large crack running down the wall. The AC unit in the master bedroom (on the end of the house near the driveway) leaked badly onto the floor of the bedroom and we needed to place towels and containers under it. The backyard needs a lot of work, it has old and worn out furniture and is cluttered with old and worn out items, in particular there is a set of stairs in the backyard that is not well connected and would not pass a code inspection.

Spacious and Comfy

Stayed here with some family for a wedding. Location was amazing. The large bedrooms allowed for everyone to get ready and the large family room allowed for everyone to hang out together and enjoy the weekend. Back yard and deck was also a great place to gather. Woulddefinitely

Beautiful and comfortable home!

What a lovely 4 day stay for our family! We needed a place where our whole family could stay for our daughter’s college graduation and this home was perfect for us. While we couldn’t take advantage of the gorgeous back yard because it rained so much that weekend, we were able to sit out for a bit. (My mom LOVED it!) The owner was so helpful and responsive too. If you need a place to stay with the comforts of home, I highly recommend this place!

Heat was not working for the first 24 hours, owner was responsive. They were unable to repair until second day, effort was made just unable to get correct part first day. Owner indicated they would refund money for the first night stay.Can you confirm credit is in the works?

The overall property needs a major face-lift. The outdoor furniture (couch/chairs) rotted, ALL of the outdoor cusions are molded.Broken planters, large tree limbs on the roof, outdoor door handles not functioning. Indoor couches "leather" couches are disintegrated, missing additional chair furniture/broken found stored in closet. Night side tables and dressers, drawers broken in 2 bedrooms. Lock on side door not functional, SERIOUS security concern. No security locks on 2 of 3 sliding glass doors. Mold in master bathroom from skylight, down the wall, in cabnet. Overhead lights/fans, 3 not functioning. Remotes for overhead fans, no batteries, not labeled, some missing. No light switch found for living room fan/light. ALL drawers and cabinets in bathrooms and kitchen need to be cleaned wiped down. 1 roll TP in each bathroom, no dish washer detergent. The location of this property is an ideal distance to GA Tech campus, but this property is in desperate need of a face lift.
