Overall great stay

The house was perfect. Everything on the website was just as stated. Only issue was the mattress weren't that comfortable. Location was perfect!!! Neighbor was quite, but just a hop and skip away from all the action of the strip!

5 day family trip

Property is very clean. The house has been flipped so it’s an obvious vacation rental. Plenty of room to spread out. TV’s in every room. Comfy beds and plenty of linens/towels. We enjoyed hanging out as a family. Outdoor space was a pleasant place to be when the air temperature was warm enough.

Family Reunion

House was amazing. Beds were comfortable, pool and hot tub were well maintained. Neighborhood was quite. Close to everything we wanted to do. Went down to reunite with a brother I haven't seen since 1995 and this place definitely made the experience easier. Thank you

Great house!!

My company used this house during a conference. It was loved, they had a great time. There were some problems that arose, but the owner/manager was perfect in their responses and has really made sure that the problem was fixed. We would love to use this place again. If it wasn't for the problem I would have given a full 5 stars.

Spring Break

We enjoyed the house and pool and found it to be just as pictured. Communication was more challenging than I’ve experienced with other owners. The price of pool heating was also increased by $50/night just 4 days before our stay. I feel they should have honored the rate they advertised when I booked.

Pictures are accurate and this a nice convenient location off strip!

Overall, the house is great for those looking to stay off the strip but still have some fun. The pool table and game tables allow for a stress free time of gambling without the risk. Backyard was nice with plenty of room to unwind from a full day of work. Everything is advertised. location is in a safe blue collar neighborhood that was very quiet. The only issues were the kitchen is not well stocked and they offered very limited amount of towels. Response time could be slow at times but would be accurate once you were able to get a hold of them. Would recommend this house to anyone I know.

Overall a great venue. Although reasonably close to the strip, it was a challenge for some of our drivers to navigate. Walking distance to a super Walmart, which was great…especially when we (8 women sharing two bathrooms) ran out of (TP) the roll and a half (times two) of one ply toilet paper and was told (kudos to the fairly quick responses, usually between 1-2 hours by email) that it stated in my confirmation email that only two rolls of TP would be supplied. I guess I missed that or perhaps thought a 5 day stay might warrant a top up? Disappointed the BBQ was non functioning. Great back yard and pool, lots of towels. It was a great space for our slower paced get together. No where to go for a walk, but a quiet neighborhood.

Great Space

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in the house. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but other than that the common living areas are large and no one felt crowded. The house offers many amenities so there is always something to do. The kitchen is fully stocked with many essentials except condiments and every day spices such as salt and pepper which would have been nice. Luckily there is a huge Walmart right around the corner. Plenty of bath and pool towels. We had a slight issue with the key code not working. We called and someone was out in less than 10 minutes to fix it for us. Great customer service. One con we would note is the alarm on the sliding back door. We understand it is a requirement due to the pool and if we had small kids it would have been welcomed but instead ended up driving us crazy. Other than that we had a great time and would definitely book again.

Super comfortable and clean house with lovely pool

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this home. The house is very spacious and comfortable. And CLEAN!!! Communications with owner/manager were great, contactless check-in was easy. House has everything you could need for a nice stay. Back yard and pool/hot tub are all terrific! Location is good -- the Strip is a short drive away, as are areas to the west like Red Rocks and Summerlin. Some other reviews made comments about the neighborhood -- yes, the neighbor is more modest than some others but it's perfectly fine and not an issue. We would be happy staying at this lovely home again!

Perfect getaway!

We had an amazing time staying at this property. Sure, there are some pretty specific rules due to the licensing. But I think having a licensed property was key and worth it! The house is full of amenities to keep you entertained while at the home. It’s super conveniently located to airport, downtown, strip or other sites for adventuring out. Beds so comfy! Everything clean. Internet great - which was handy as I had to work for a bit. Property manager had great communication and checked in to make sure everything was good too. It really was awesome. I hope to be able to rent again next time we come to Vegas! Thank you!

House Has It All

Great house with lots of fun activities! Not that far from the strip. Don’t be off put by a few houses that seem to be horders like we were at first. Once you get to the neighborhood it is nice. Was also very convenient that there is a Super Walmart just around the corner for groceries and anything else we needed.

Quiet and relaxing - nice pool!

This is a quiet, modest house in a quiet, modest neighborhood. Not good for parties but a great place (and well situated) to come back to between all the craziness. No resort fees, no parking fees, no parking garages, no pool fees, towel fees, searches, surcharges or tips, and no long line to check in when you arrive. The pool is excellent (there is an alarm when you open the back door that has to be bypassed with a switch that is out of kids reach). The various games around are fun. Host is professional and responsive.

Decent, clean, recently renovated, needs some minor adjustments

Stayed with family of 4 Oct 2020 Neighborhood: decent, middle class hood, generally clean, a couple houses with "disorderly" yards (ie junk in the front yard). But safe House: appears to be recently renovated, good materials/constructions (ie soft close drawers in the bathrooms, etc.) Clean: very Electronics: solid WiFi, TVs work great, etc. Kitchen tools: several pots but only one 12" fry pan, no baking sheet, etc. Could use a couple more items Kitchen condiments: really only salt, pepper, sugar and a couple basics (ie garlic salt). No ketchup, mustard, etc. If you are going to cook, buy condiments. Not sure if this is COVID-related, but I like to know this before I rent. So, BYO condiments if you are going to cook Amenities: pool table is in good shape but no chalk and cue tips are about 1mm thick - time to replace and could barely play. Ping pong paddle was broken so could not play. Cards on poker tables have seen better days Other: I think they source their toilet paper from the same company that sells to McDonalds and truck stop gas stations. I did not feel the cottony softness. Also, no soap/body wash for the shower. So, BYOTP and BYOS Communication: responded fast; standard check-in process Price: felt a bit high given the neighborhood

Hi Jeff, First off, thank you for choosing to stay with us on your trip to Las Vegas! It is unfortunate that your stay was not 100% perfect. We just want to address a few of the issues that you brought up in this review, as opposed to hearing of any of this during your stay. Due to the safety of our guests, especially during a pandemic, we are unable to provide food or condiments like ketchup, mustard, etc.- which is also stated in your pre-arrival email. We are sorry that the toilet paper was not up to your standards as well. We use a 2-ply hotel toilet paper. We do supply 2 1ounce hotel-style shampoo/conditioner, 2 1ounce hotel-style body wash, and 1 1ounce hotel-style lotion in each bathroom on the counter. The pool table has extra chalk as well, on the shelf in the game room. The only thing that we heard from you about the ping-pong table paddles was that you couldn't find them, and then that you did. You did not say anything else until after your stay, when you informed us as an FYI that they had been "part-broken". We communicated with you during your stay to make sure that everything was going well, and did not hear of any issues. Communication is definitely important during your stay, so that it can give us a chance to make sure that your trip is going as well as possible. When we get a review like this after you have stayed, there is nothing that we can do to help you during your stay. This is why we sent a message asking how everything was going and checking in on you. We also were in communication while you were staying, asking us how to reset the internet, but you did not bring up any issues at that time either. We truly appreciate you staying with us, and regret that we were left in a position where we were unable to do anything to make your stay better, since we were not made aware of any issues. We hope that regardless, you still enjoyed your trip, and thank you again for allowing us to host you in our home!
