2)Please put all used kitchen stuffs in the dishwasher and run it ，put all used bath/face/hand/kitchen towels in washer and run it before check out.
3)Please keep the house clean and tidy. If the cleaner complain it is too messy, we will charge you for cleaner's extra effort. $25 per hour.

Very clean and nice place

Place was very clean and in very good condition. We really enjoyed our 1 night stay and will definitely consider this place again if we come to Hinton again.

This house is lovely! It comfortably slept 13 people, with no one having to sleep on a couch or pull-out bed. It was so nice that the house was stocked with toilet paper, toiletries and basic cooking supplies. It is about a mile from a grocery store, which was very convenient. It is about a 45 min drive to the town of jasper, but if you need a house for a big group, this is a great choice

Family event

We stayed 2 nights in town for a family event with elderly parents. House was nice and easy to find. Good communication. However we did not realize that most of the bedrooms were either up or down a steep set of stairs. Other than that our staff was very good.

Floors were not swept or mopped with hair on bathroom floors and hair in bathtubs.

Weekend getaway

Home was nice to stay in with a group of friends. Beds were comfortable and it was a nice space to have coffee and play cards in. A few broken items that we contacted the host about and they replied quickly which was fantastic. A few dishes were put away dirty but that was a quick fix as well. Would stay here again.
