It consists of 3 bedrooms (including 1 study/activity room), laundry, 2 toilets (1 in En-suite), 2 bathrooms, double lock up garage -free parking for 4 cars, kitchen, living and dining open plan layout and a fully fenced private courtyard. Free Car Park-There is an electronic remote gate and double lock-up garage access including parking space for 2 more cars on the pavement within the property grounds (total 4 cars).

Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in this home. There is a desk and chair in the study area.

Bedroom 1- Master bedroom with ensuite, queen bed, table lamps, walk-in wardrobe (with full-length mirror) and freestanding bathtub. Bed linen, pillows, blankets and hangers are provided in all bedrooms.

Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds and wardrobe (with full length mirror) and wardrobe organiser for storage. Study table and office chair is located in this room.

Bedroom 3 (study/activity room)- 2 single bunk bed formation and wardrobe (with full length mirror) for storage. (Also available upon request are Portable Travel Cot including padded mattress and mesh sides for ventilation and observation, Child’s Highchair, child's seat and tableware. Highchair comes with safety harness and anti-slip feet pads suitable for 6-36 months.

2 Toilets (an extra one in addition to the toilet in the Master Ensuite).

2 Bathrooms (an extra one in addition to the bathroom in the Master Ensuite). Towels, toilet paper, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are supplied.
Please note that these supplies are not intended to last for the entire duration of your booking but are provided to avoid the need to rush to the supermarket immediately upon arrival.

You will enjoy cooking together in the kitchen as it is well equipped with all the necessary electrical equipment. There is ample bench tops including an island with double sinks and two bar stools. Also available are the following: coffee machine, fridge, induction stove, oven and grill, toaster, blender, microwave oven, kettle, rice cooker, sandwich maker, dishes, dishwasher, wine glasses, children tableware, cutlery, pots, pans, plenty of storage and basics for cooking a meal (salt, pepper and oil).

Living Room is cosy and well-furnished with sofa and chairs, cushions, story books, games, reading materials, bluetooth speaker and smart flat screen TV, 110 inches.

Dining Room is furnished; it is open plan next to living room and kitchen facing the private backyard.

Enjoy the fresh air and outdoor ambience in the private backyard whilst you listen to the birds chirping. It is fully fenced and well maintained with outdoor furniture.

Laundry is well-equipped with washing machine and dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, clothes airer and cleaning facilities. Outdoor clothes rail is also available for drying clothes.

ABOUT THE LOCATION
Applecross is a riverside suburb with suburban charm. It offers some of Perth’s best Swan River and Perth City views whilst boasting some of the city’s most beautiful houses. In its full bloom, this peaceful picturesque leafy, riverside suburb is lined with Jacaranda trees on the streets. It is local to a primary school, a high school, as well as being a 10-minute drive to Perth City and Fremantle in the south.

Invite your friends over, have a picnic or a celebration in Swan River. It is surrounded by beautiful nature thus making it a perfect place for a fun bonding time with the whole family and friends whether you choose to just relax and enjoy the sunset on Swan River or participate in the many thrilling activities. Some of these include river walks, running, jogging, cycling, skating, tennis, kayaking, rowing, sailing, boating, canoeing, fishing, kitesurfing, parasailing, windsurfing and other sports and water activities along Swan River and at Heathcote Reserve. Heathcote Reserve overlooks the Swan River and offers great views of not only the city, but also dolphins as they swim up the Swan and Canning rivers .
