Offering 3 spacious bedrooms including an ensuite in the main bedroom, an air conditioner to ensure you keep cool in the summer and warm in winter, a large dishwasher and fridge, and a double garage with remote and internal access.

The property is located only a short walking distance from the Batehaven CBD – about a 1.2km or 16-minute walk from the unit, which offers a range of attractions, such as a beautiful lookout spot that overlooks the beach to Snapper Island and to the northeast, the Tollgate Islands. Batehaven’s many amenities include the IGA, Chemist, Batemans Bay Cycleway, a Lolly shop, a Bakehouse, many Cafes, Takeaway outlets, a Fish and chip shop, and Heat Pizza.

Once a year we have the Bells Family Carnival visit us which is held at Batehaven. It operates over the summer holidays and is great fun! Enjoy some hot food or fairy floss, the big slide, the Ferris wheel, and carnival games. This event also offers fireworks on New Year's Day and Australia Day. A perfect place to spend some quality time with your children or friends.
It doesn’t just stop there; Batehaven is close to a range of different beaches on the South Coast such as Surf Beach, Caseys Beach, Batehaven Beach and Malua Bay Beach – which is fully patrolled during the summer months.
