Welcome to The Landing Place, your serene retreat nestled in the heart of Branson, Missouri. This inviting vacation condo offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and leisure, promising an unforgettable stay for you and your loved ones. Located on the 3rd floor and accessible by elevator.

Within 0.5 mile of Branson Landing, 0.9 mile of Branson Convention Center, Downtown Branson, Parnell Park featuring basketball and pickleball courts, and easily accessible to Highway 65 getting you to Springfield to the North and Harrison to the South.

-Outdoor community pool
-Two bedrooms with luxurious King sized beds and two ensuite bathrooms.
-Sleeps 6 with the modular sofa in the living area
-Access to Indoor Pool & Fitness Center

*Indoor pool use not allowed during water aerobics class times: M 10-11am, T 8-11am, W 10-11am, Th 8-11am, F 10-11am, Sa10:30-11:30am. You may pay to do the classes at a cost of $5 per person per class

Family of 4We had an awesome stay! We have stayed at the Hilton before but picked this space to have more room. I have nothing but the best to say about this condo! Close to everything including a very quick drive to the landing area. Elevator was convenient. Very spacious with 2 bedrooms with comfy beds and each had their own large bathrooms. Showers had an amazing pressure. Very large TVs in which my children loved playing their Nintendo switch on during downtimes. Decorated very cozy with a fireplace and Christmas tree. Kitchen was fully stocked with a nice ice maker in the freezer. We would love to come back in the summer and use the enormous pool located right out front of the condo. Don’t hesitate to book this condo for my space and comfort rather than a hotel!

Kitchen had all kinds of plates, cups, utinsils. We really enjoyed our stay. Only thing that could be improved is a full size trash can in the condo.

Beth's has the best rental homes and condos, always clean and comfortable with a touch of Christianity in each room.

We rented the condo on the 3rd floor, it was quiet, bathrooms were conveniently located near the bedrooms, kitchen was nicely equipped with all necessary items to prepare a meal.

The apartment was very clean, & owner was quick to respond to questions. I liked how bedrooms were separated by living room and kitchen space, & each had their own full bathroom. Because it was cool the night we stayed, it would've been nice to open the windows, but there were no screens & with folks walking along outside hall/walkway, we had to run the AC. Overall, a satisfying overnight!

Overall a very pleasing stay, unit was impeccably clean and well maintained. I WOULD suggest servicing the AC units - bedroom unit not cooling adequately, and it wouldn’t hurt to provide more than 1 trash bag.

"Sofa" bed was just a couch put together, not a traditional bed that pulled out of the couch. It would not stay together, some pieces did not click in place. Uncomfortable to sleep on. We need more places to hang wet towels.

We had a great stay at this condo! Very clean and well stocked. Check in a breeze. Plenty of parking. Close to downtown Branson/Branson landing. 15 minutes to “The Strip.”

Nice stay in Branson

We stayed for several nights. It was with-in walking distance to Branson landing. The condo was clean, and very well stocked. We enjoyed the entire stay.

Impromptu weekend getaway

This property was clean and equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Location was perfect! We were easily able to walk to the Branson Landing or surrounding stores. The host was very easy to work with and promptly responded to my messages. My only suggestion is to bring an extra pillow!

Well stocked

The couch was very uncomfortable. That is my only complaint. VERY nice condo. Well stocked. Handy location for everything in Branson. I wouldn't hesitate for one second to stay here again

I started my business 14 years ago, when I was doing just what you are doing, looking for that perfect place to stay. Only I had waited too long and couldn't find a home to rent out so decided to just purchase a home and rent it out. And that problem turned into the biggest blessing in my life, because now I get to work with wonderful families who come to Branson and stay with me again and again. I so appreciate all of our guests, and many of those guests are now my dear friends!
