Welcome to The Landing Place, your serene retreat nestled in the heart of Branson, Missouri. This inviting vacation condo offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and leisure, promising an unforgettable stay for you and your loved ones. Located on the 3rd floor and accessible by elevator.



Within 0.5 mile of Branson Landing, 0.9 mile of Branson Convention Center, Downtown Branson, Parnell Park featuring basketball and pickleball courts, and easily accessible to Highway 65 getting you to Springfield to the North and Harrison to the South.



-Outdoor community pool (Open Memorial Day - Labor Day)

-Two bedrooms with luxurious King sized beds and two ensuite bathrooms.

-Sleeps 6 with the modular sofa in the living area

-Access to Indoor Pool & Fitness Center



*Indoor pool use not allowed during water aerobics class times: M 10-11am, T 8-11am, W 10-11am, Th 8-11am, F 10-11am, Sa10:30-11:30am. You may pay to do the classes at a cost of $5 per person per class

We had a wonderful visit, This property was perfect for our family of 4, and close to so many of Branson's best attractions. We had a great trip and wouldn't hesitate to book this property again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The listing was very accurate and the location was excellent. The only two negatives were 1) the floors are dirty so definitely wear shoes or socks and 2) the light and fan switch for one bathroom is on the outside of the wall instead of inside. The area rugs under the bed definitely need to be removed as they are very dirty and worn. It was nice having a bathroom for each bedroom and the beds were comfy. Overall for the price and location it was great.

Absolutely loved staying here. Very comfy beds, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed! Super convenient location, loved that the room was facing the pool side versus the parking lot. Highly recommend!!

Great location. Beautifully decorated space. Comfortable beds. Large couch that provided plenty of space for a big family to watch a movie. Kind and helpful host. I would stay here again.

Condo was in a great location! Close to the landing and Main Street, we walked there easily. Central location, close to SDC and Top of the Rock. The condo was clean and roomy. The condo complex was clean and quiet. We would happily stay here again or recommend to friends and family!

It truly was a perfect stay for us! There were two couples and the two bedrooms and two bathrooms were excellent. Common lot by en and living room. Will keep this in mind when we return and would recommend it!

Kitchen had all kinds of plates, cups, utinsils. We really enjoyed our stay. Only thing that could be improved is a full size trash can in the condo.

I started my business 14 years ago, when I was doing just what you are doing, looking for that perfect place to stay. Only I had waited too long and couldn't find a home to rent out so decided to just purchase a home and rent it out. And that problem turned into the biggest blessing in my life, because now I get to work with wonderful families who come to Branson and stay with me again and again. I so appreciate all of our guests, and many of those guests are now my dear friends!
