Great location close to Free trams and city
The apartment is spacious with two bedrooms and reasonably comfortable. We ran the glasses and dishes through the dishwasher because the wine glasses had smears and fingerprints. There are no mattress protectors on the beds. Some general maintenance is needed, as a few handles were loose or had fallen off, shower fan not working etc.
The building has amenities such as a gym, fitness area, and pool. The location is convenient, just a few meters from Elizabeth Street with access to the free trams, and a short walk into the city.
The accommodation experience was negatively affected by the host's lack of customer focus. We received a list of rules and corresponding fines of potential violations. Additionally, a refundable damage deposit of $500 was charged when we booked.
Only one set of keys was provided. The keys were located in a locked cupboard at a different location, about 650 meters away, and down a narrow dark alleyway. The key retrieval process was far from professional.
I would not stay again due to the unprofessional manner in which this apartment is managed.
