Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head, this beautifully renovated villa at 734 Queen’s Grant offers a serene and stylish escape in the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort. This spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat features two King bedrooms, one Queen bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. Guests will enjoy thoughtful touches throughout, including a fully equipped kitchen, an open-concept living area with brand-new furnishings (Spring 2024), and a private patio perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Ideal for families and groups, this villa includes modern bathrooms, plush seating, and a large flat-screen TV for relaxing after a day in the sun. A community pool sits just steps from the back patio and is open April through September, making it easy to cool off or unwind outdoors. Your stay also includes 4 backpack beach chairs, 4 free adult beach cruiser bicycles, and 1 complimentary Palmetto Dunes car pass, with additional passes available through Island Rentals. For added convenience, the seasonal Dunes Buggy Shuttle (March 18–September 3) offers quick access to the beach and resort amenities.

Located within the world-renowned Palmetto Dunes Resort, guests can enjoy three championship golf courses, excellent tennis and pickleball facilities, scenic bike paths, and quick access to Shelter Cove Marina’s dining, shopping, and entertainment. I've stayed at a lot of different condos here and this was by far the best. Providing chairs, sand toys, and bikes was such a help and the kitchen had everything you could ever think of that you would need. Everything was very clean and the beds were great. The only two small problems that we had were the sensitivity of the sliding glass door lock (got locked out several times) and the washing machine would not drain. Other than that, everything was awesome and we will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful vacation stay

I would highly recommend this property! We stayed for close to a week and will honestly come back again to this property specifically. Very close access to the beach and easily bike able. The bikes on property were well taken care of, we only had to rent one because we needed a trailer for our three-year-old. The property itself was very comfortable for the six adults and one child that was in our party. Everything was nicely redone and clearly well thought out. The dishware and cookware all seemed to be great quality. Honestly, we were most excited about the fact that there was a big day in one of the bathrooms! It’s those details that make a difference. Thank you for the stay!

Updated, clean, well-stocked home

We enjoyed our stay at this home and really appreciated that it included some beach chairs, toys, bags, and bicycles. Everything was in excellent condition and the house was clean. We could tell it was a well-stocked kitchen, but we weren't there for long so didn't use much. It was a 10-15 minute bike ride to the beach, and the pool is super close to the house. Our only disappointment was that the hurricane prevented us from being at the home for the duration of our booking. I wish we could've rescheduled or extended to make up for our lost days, but the contract did not allow for that. We were given permission to check out 2 hours later because of our missed days.
