Cinncy Stay

Nice place, clean and organized. Convenient to park and in a nice neighborhood near to allot of places to eat and drink. Parking on the street was not a problem.

Great place. Not for individuals with mobility issues. The staircase is steep and without hand rails. It would be nice if there was a larger table for eating. Great tv and internet connection. Would definitely stay there again.

“missed clean”

Arrived late with my 2 young kids after a long day of traveling to the property being dirty from the previous guest (sheets stripped on both beds, used towels on floor, dishes in sink). Did not receive response from owner until next morning as he was out of town with his kids without cell service. Had to find separate hotel arrangements at 11pm with young kids on a weekend night of Cincinnati’s Blink festival. Only compensation offered for the host labeled “missed clean” was to refund first night of reservation and send cleaners so we would come back (which was essentially the only option we had with sold out hotels for Blink weekend). Wasn’t notified cleaners were finished and property ready until after 5pm day 2 of our reservation. The next morning discovered there was no hair dryer as advertised and had to go buy one. Coffee maker also did not work, though I didn’t let owner know at the time as I was tired of complaining about everything else at that point. The spiral staircase, multiple keys/locks to fumble with to enter, and poor customer service/recognition for the significance of host’s “missed clean” are not worth it. Hopefully the host enjoyed his family trip and does not himself encounter a “missed clean” while traveling to a new city in the future. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay!

Wedding weekend

Came for friends son wedding at Ault Park. Convenient location. Property hard to find. No easy to find house number. Entrance is in the back. Up to 3rd floor in a stairway only 2’ wide and almost like an enclosed spiral staircase. Clean apartment except for finding 3 separate stink bugs about the size of my little finger. Place needs to be fumigated. Place had 1 metal chair to sit in. Place left us under the impression that we were in a college student rental.
