This modern two-bedroom apartment is located on Level 7 in the heart of Fortitude Valley. Ideal for families, friends, and business travellers, it offers spacious interiors, a fully equipped kitchen, secure parking, and easy access to Brisbane's best dining, shopping, and entertainment precincts.

Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed with a private ensuite bathroom.
Second Bedroom: 2 Single Beds that can be zipped together to form 1 King Bed upon request.

Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower and toilet includes one ensuite bathroom.

Kitchen Notice: The built-in oven is currently out of service as it may trip the apartment's electricity. A portable oven has been provided for your convenience.
Check-in and Key Collection: Key collection is just a short walk from the building entrance and operates 24 hours.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature and Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

The apartment was substandard and run down and not fit for rental. We were so disappointed. These things need to be attended to before renting it out. Owners need to attend to these issues urgently. 1) one key only given a family needs 2 at least.2) apt was dirty and skimmed over when cleaned. 3) no outdoor furniture on balcony. 4) air conditioning kept reverting to a set temperature. 5) pillows very cheap and uncomfortable.6) curtains torn. 7) main oven not working. ( paper over it to advise )8) power point in master bathroom not working. 9) no face washers provided- cheap towels 10) drier difficult to use11) please send these to the owner.
