Contemporary Beach Villa w/ Private Pool

The Rock House Villa at SKY BEACH CLUB IS UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP! The new owners have made many improvements and upgrades to the kitchenware, appliances, decor, bedding, furniture, and pool.

This spacious 3,200-square-foot villa features an abundance of glass to capitalize on the breathtaking views that are the focal point of this magnificent villa. 50-mile, 180-degree beach and ocean views spread out in front of you from every major room. The house has two primary bedroom suites with king beds and ocean views, and two guest bedroom suites with queen beds with dual closets. Every bedroom has total privacy, with en-suite baths and well separated entrances off long hallways.

The great room, with 20-foot ceilings and a wall of tall glass Nana doors, opens onto a vast patio with private saltwater pool (unheated) looking out over the beach and ocean. The dining room shares these views, as does the modern kitchen. The house features a complete wet bar overlooking the great room, and an adjacent office area with desk. Other features include travertine marble floors and Hansgrohe & Duravit Fixtures.

The newly remodeled saltwater pool is the highlight of the extensive Coraline ocean-view patio. Poolside furniture improvements include new outdoor cushions, pillows, and shade umbrellas that provide both function and fashion.

All furnishings in the villa have been refinished by an exceptional local artisan, making the interior even more visually appealing and comfortable. Brand-new king-size mattresses and pillow top mattress covers assure that our guests will sleep in comfort after a fun day in the sun. The washer and dryer have also been replaced.

Other amenities in this villa include air conditioning, Keurig, Smart TV, BlueRay DVD player with a large selection of movies, charcoal grill, a full laundry room with washer and dryer, and acres of closet space. A new StarLink system provides impressively fast internet speeds and connection.

It is a short 3-minute walk down the hill from the villa to the beach. The mile-long, pristine, pink-sand beach which this house overlooks is almost always deserted. The beach is perfect for swimming, with crystal-clear water and a smooth sandy bottom. The surf is moderate at this location, because a large barrier reef protects the beach. There are lounge chairs available on the beach.

This villa is located in Sky Beach Club and includes complimentary access to the main pool, swim up tropical cocktail bar and excellent restaurant serving lunch and dinner. Sky Beach Club is a small boutique resort with accommodations for a maximum of 46 guests, so it will never be crowded or busy.

In addition to the Club pool, this villa has a private pool too. Please note that the villa's private pool is not heated. Sky Beach Club is not a full-service resort. Front desk, gym, spa, or room service are not available. Please note that the driveways in Sky Beach Club are all unpaved and rough, so we recommend renting a Jeep-type vehicle when staying at this property.

The town of Governor's Harbour, the main town on the island, is just five minutes away by car. Governor's Harbour has grocery stores, restaurants, liquor stores, a bank with an ATM, several bakeries, gift shops, and a dive shop. Don't miss Friday Night Fish Fry in Governors Harbour, a street/beach party that brings together tourists and locals with food, drink, and dancing in the street.
