**The Space**

Unique top-floor, two-bedroom condo featuring a vaulted ceiling in the living

area and skylights in the bedroom. Enjoy stunning views of the Gondola and the

ski area base from your living room. The family-style dining area includes a

wrap-around bench with storage underneath. Please note, this unit does not

have a balcony.



**The Bedroom**

The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The

second bedroom offers a queen-size bed with a small trundle bed (child size)

and a Jack and Jill bathroom that connects the bedroom to the living area.

Additionally, the living area includes a sleeper sofa for extra

accommodations.



Everything you need for a cozy, convenient mountain getaway is right at your

Additional Notes for Parking



Parking is $23 per 24-hour session (one car per condo). Reservations can be

made in advance on the Winter Park Resort website for unlimited in/out access

per 24 consecutive hours. There is no assigned parking. After purchase you

will receive a QR code that you will scan to get in and out of the garage. We

recommend you screenshot this for easy access. You will need to scan your room

key and then the QR code. If your room is not ready you can stop by the Front

Desk to grab a key to park.
