This is an ideal villa for those traveling in large groups or families looking to enjoy a tropical island retreat while still being close enough to the beaches and amenities of the platinum West Coast.

Spanning 5,000 square feet and set upon over 31,000 square feet of lush land including a landscaped coral stone quarry, this newly renovated property promises a true island experience. In the main villa there are three spacious bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms. The other two bedrooms are self-contained units with kitchenettes, private sundecks, and separate entrances, ensuring utmost comfort and convenience for every guest – making this ideal for multi-generational families or groups of friends. Complimentary housekeeping three times a week makes your stay even more relaxing.

Indulge your culinary desires in the modern open-plan kitchen, complete with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances. Flowing seamlessly into the spacious living area, this inviting space sets the stage for memorable gatherings and relaxation. This was such a treat for our group. While it was initially hard to locate, we immediately felt at home. The property was spacious with amazing surroundings. There are some unexpected guests (monkeys on the roof and millipedes like to visit) but the property and staff were well equipped to handle anything that came up. 100% want to visit again

Book it! The pictures don't do it justice! The house was breathtakingly beautiful, and my family was thoroughly impressed. Victoria, the house manager, was amazing! She was responsive, accommodating , kind, engaging, and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at BlueSpace and will be back.

Northlight is a wonderful home and an absolute pleasure to stay in. The house was immaculate, very spacious, and thoughtfully laid out with many comfortable areas to relax, gather, and entertain. We were a group of eight and had more than enough space to spread out, while still feeling connected.The kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked. In fact, we hosted New Year’s Eve at the house with a total of 13 people and had everything we needed — ample dining space, plenty of pots and pans for cooking, and even smaller but thoughtful touches like lemon squeezers for cocktails, along with plenty of champagne and martini glasses. It truly felt like a home designed for entertaining.While the house is not directly on the water, it sits up on a hill and overlooks the ocean. The views are beautiful, and the sunsets were absolutely stunning.Victoria and Charmaine were a pleasure to work with — incredibly responsive, attentive, and easy to reach throughout our stay. Everything was seamless from start to finish. We would absolutely rent Northlight again and would not hesitate to stay in another home managed by them in the future.Highly recommended.

Our family of 10, plus a baby, had an incredible stay at this property. The photos don't do it justice—it's even more beautiful in person! The villa is perfect for a large group, with 5 air-conditioned bedrooms and five bathrooms, providing everyone with privacy and comfort. The enormous indoor lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a utility room with a washer and dryer made our stay seamless. We spent most of our time outside on the massive covered terrace, enjoying the pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ area. The views are breathtaking, and we even saw monkeys in the mornings! The connected annex with its own entrance and a private terrace on the second floor was a great bonus. Overall, we highly recommend this stunning and spacious villa. We can't wait to come back!

The accommodations were really nice and the pool and spa were a big hit with the kids. You need to be careful with little kids as there are several small variations in floor height as you move around the house that cause tripping hazards, actually even for adults. The views are fantastic of sunsets, moon, stars and ocean. There was plenty of room for my wife and me, our 4 adult children and spouses, plus 2 young children and 2 infants. The kitchen and living room great area was great and loved having the really large dinning table and smaller dinning table out on the deck to enjoy meals while enjoying the great views. We would recommend this house to anyone with a larger family looking for a place just 10-12 minutes from some great west coast beaches and close to everything.

house was very spacious and lots of gathering spots, great for groups. Covered porch was surprisingly protective even in thunderstorms. The housekeeper came at least 3x during the week and was lifesaver.Kitchen was well stocked in equipment but not with seasonings so make sure to get those.there are no sealed windows and doors so the mosquitoes and bugs do sneak in (the a/c does keep most of them out) and the bug noises are really loud at night.Google maps will take you to the wrong street so make sure to follow the instructions provided!
