This cozy walk-up condo is conveniently located near the heated pool (available during winter) and a short stroll from another pool and the pristine St. Augustine Beach. Guests at Ocean Village Club enjoy exclusive access to a private boardwalk leading to the beach, two pools (one heated), tennis courts, shuffleboard, a fitness center, and picnic areas with grills.
This premium unit has been recently remodeled and features updated furnishings, including a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the guest bedroom, and an optional rollaway bed. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with TVs. The condo boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a private balcony with patio furniture, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
