PLEASE NOTE (COMMUNAL PROPERTY): The Property contains Ocean Breeze Bungalow (downstairs) and Ocean Breeze Abode (upstairs) located on the same property grounds. Both units are available to rent together or separately and may be occupied at the same time.
* Stairs are not required to access the entry although there are stairs inside the home and around the property.
**PET POLICY: Pets are welcome in this home with prior owner approval only, a signed Pet Addendum, and a non-refundable pet fee. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you plan to bring your pets. 1 Pet $450 | 2 Pets $675 **
