Welcome to our open concept 2 bedroom garden suite centrally located on a quiet dead-end street. On two main bus routes, it offers access to all amenities including beach access via a short 5 min drive away.

Relax and listen to the birds in the outdoor seating area while enjoying your morning coffee.

Our suite also features:

- Fully Equipped Kitchen featuring a dishwasher, drip and bodum style coffee makers, microwave, full sized oven, toaster, cookware, utensils, dinnerware, and all the essentials you need for preparing and enjoying meals at home.

- Master Bedroom featuring a 30-inch TV with roku, a comfortable king-sized bed, bedside table with light and a spacious walk-in closet with lots of additional storage.

- Second Bedroom comes with a convertible single-to-king bed, with a desk and chair, and walk-in closet with additional storage options.

- Private Entry with keyless entry system and outdoor seating area.

Additional amenities include street parking for one vehicle, in-suite laundry, air conditioning, fast WiFi, and a 55in TV with Netflix and streaming services.

We also provide essential starting supplies, including locally sourced coffee, basic cooking items (such as oil, salt, pepper, and a selection of spices), dishwasher and laundry soap, toiletries as well as cleaning supplies.

We are a family with 2 older kids (11 & 14) living upstairs. We try our best to be mindful of noise, but it can be a busy house at times.

We are located 24km, (15m) from the Victoria International Airport. It's about a 30 to 45 min drive depending on time of day.
